I really enjoyed my stay here. It was one of the quietest places that I have stayed at in town. I highly recommend staying here. There is everything you need for a long term stay. Very comfortable and easy to find.

Clean, spacious, private, and very well kept basement suite that is fantastic value for the price. Note that there is no kitchen, but there is a small area to prepare food along with a microwave and small fridge. The main floor above you is occupied, so don't expect silence during waking hours, but overall I was very happy with my stay and would recommend it to anyone who needs a safe and comfortable place to sleep. Would definitely stay again.

Keegan’s place was a great place to stay! Quiet neighbourhood, great view with the little park across the road and it was quiet in the house. Very responsive to questions and anything you may need. Highly recommend staying with Keegan if you’re looking for somewhere in Grand Prairie. You won’t regret the decision, I didn’t!
