Convenient to most spots in town. We were in town for a swim competition & this unit fit our needs perfectly.

Another wonderful stay at Jim and Peggy Wynn's home away from home (our 3rd visit)! Their place is perfect for us and we love it here. Jim and Peggy are absolutely wonderful hosts, going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality has truly made our ongoing experience here very memorable. We can't thank them enough for making us feel right at home!

Cozy, comfortable space with a full kitchen and private backyard area. Larger than the the pictures portray and located minutes from restaurant and retail. Host was responsive and friendly. Will definitely reserve again next time I am in Greensboro.

I'm from out of state, and rented this condo for two months. I decided to extend my visit for a additional month, and was very happy to be able to rent this condo for a third month. The condo itself is cute and looks like the pictures. I loved having an electric fireplace, and was happy that the condo was well stocked with things such as body wash, shampoo, garbage bags, zip lock bags, cooking spices, etc...but what I REALLY loved was the location. It seems like EVERYTHING is close to here. In less than ten minutes I could drive to walmart, sam's club, home depot, walgreen's pharmacy, Regal movie theater, Food Lion grocery store, Harris Teeter grocery store, a liquor store, and about a dozen restaurants (including Chipolte, Olive Garden, BoJangles, and many others). As a person that is not familiar with this city, having so many things nearby was great.
