Beautiful condo with amazing view of the ocean and beach front and very nice pool area. Quite peaceful location . Restaurants Near by and many things to see and do . We had a wonderful time .

We absolutely loved Patrick’s place! It was everything we hoped for and more. We felt right at home and safe at all times. Everything is extremely walkable - the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Patrick was easy to communicate with, and very quick to respond to any and every question we had. Thank you so much, Patrick! We were also amazed by every detail that was thought of, to make sure we had the best possible stay (kitchen supplies, beach chairs, grocery bags, picnic bag- you name it)! We hope to be back in the very near future!

Ron is a fantastic host and his place was perfect for our family of 4. The beach in front of the home was so peaceful and beautiful, and it’s a close drive to other lovely beaches as well. Inside was well appointed & the AC worked perfectly in every room. The sunset views from the patio were definitely something my family will always remember! Book Ron’s place… you won’t regret it!

Great Place. Casa Del Sol is a safe, secure, clean, with excellent pool and private complex right off the beach. Nestled in a true Costa Rican quiet community. The Hosts were quick to respond to everything and they had all the beach gear with a wagon to haul it to the beach. Howler Monkeys visiting behind the complex was a treat.

Had a great month and a few days at Casa Verde. We had a bit of a problem finding the condo, not knowing the unit # , and not knowing that someone would be there to greet us, but I did mention this to Irina and so that will be corrected for next guests, I’m sure. The location is a bit out of Playa del Coco so we found we needed to have transportation. Taxis cost around $6 USD one way, so that can add up. We rented a gas golf cart for the first couple of weeks, but did not like that mode of transportation so then rented a car for the remainder of our stay. Adobe Car Rental has a special rate for Villa La Colina residents ( found this out talking with other owners and renters there) so it is worth while letting Adobe know to use the Villa Colina account.The condo is well equipped and Irina was quick to answer any messages we sent. I would have liked more comfortable outdoor chairs ( padded) on the patio, and a bbq, but maybe Irina can upgrade that sometime! All in all, great stay.

Awesome location, responsive host, we really enjoyed our stay! The pools and Pina Shack on property offered great options, there were restaurants and supermarkets close by, and the beach club made for an awesome afternoon. Great value!

Lovely slice of paradise Sean has. Gorgeous view. We often walked down to the beach. Just outside his front door are steps. 2 flights down is ground level and 2-300 feet ahead is the beach. To the far left and right are rock outcroppings which I found meditative to sit on and watch the waves “crash” onto. Sean is consistently quickly responsive - and a nice guy! For restaurants Coco Loco and the long Playa Flamingo beach in front of it has a great vibe and quite good food. It’s not large so you may need to wait several minutes. Sunset there is stupendous. We also loved Tandor, in town. Pretty evident why it’s rated 4.9.

Easy walking distance for those restaurants and beach head to the south end of Tamarindo bay. Very quiet from the main hustle and bustle road. I would stay here again.

We liked the complex which offers privacy despite the proximity to the city. It's great because everything is within walking distance! Grocery store, several good restaurants, sports bars, beach! We enjoyed the pool of the complex as well. I would highly recommend this apartment in Playa Del Coco! The host offered us great references!

We loved staying at this location, it had everything that could be offered for a comfortable beach stay. Three people slept very comfortably. The staff of the property were very accommodating and went the extra mile.

We can’t say enough about our condo! We wish we had booked it for a month! And maybe we will! It was so cool and we even put together the puzzle that was there! Thx again

This condo is just as described. Steps from one of the pools. We also explored the walking paths that wander around the complex this visit, which we didn't last time. As a family with two young kids, we love this location because it isn't right in town, but it's still an easy drive to everything you need.

Very sweet little spot! My partner and I stayed here for a month and a half and it felt like our little oasis. Carlos was so helpful and responded quickly every time. Internet worked great, pure drinking water, great yard to sunbath in. You can either tuktuk or into town or walk to a restaurant near by and a little grocery store (about 20 minute walk). We bought a motorcycle for our stay and it was all we needed to get around. Highly recommend! Thank you Carlos !

We LOVED the location! Great dining within a short walk. Fun shopping. Perfect beach right in our backyard. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

The apartment in Coco was great for our family stay. Good size, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, has all you need with parking and a balcony. The pool on site was great, felt like a tropical oasis. Within 5 minutes of the action and beach in Coco, less than 20 to Playa Hermosa. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

This is a lovely, well maintained, well equipped Las Palmas condo with a small / private patio steps from the pool. Very comfortable stay for my husband and I with plenty of restaurants, a mini-mart, butcher and deli within walking distance. This is a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood. Hosts are very responsive. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This Airbnb was spacious, quiet, comfortable and in a great location that was walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo was the best well-equipped Airbnb of the 5 we have had here in Costa Rica. We especially appreciated the beach towels, beach mat and cooler bags. There is a pool right outside that is large and a nice temperature, great for an evening swim if you are out all day. Everyone in the complex was pleasant and we met many Canadians. The two king-size beds were very comfortable and with three A/C units in the condo, it was easy to keep the bedrooms cool. We liked using the BBQ. A very nice stay and the condo accommodated two couples easily. The host quickly responded to all questions.

What a great host and great home! The place is perfect! Really pretty house. I was alone, but this home could easily host a bigger group. Nice touch that both bedrooms have a full bath. Great kitchen and dining area. He also had everything I needed to cook my meals. Utensils, pots pans, everything 🙂 Host was also so accommodating and helpful. I booked very last minute and he had the house ready for me in less than 24hours. He was really quick to respond to any questions I had. He was also just very warm and friendly. Made the experience of staying there that much nicer . The house was the perfect distance to town. Super walkable to the main road and the beach. But also super quiet at night. I had some sweet/ friendly neighbors. There is also a security guard on the grounds who was very nice. Makes you feel super safe as a solo traveler. The community is gated, and the gates are locked by 9. Which also made me feel very secure at night. Can’t wait to come back!

We have been coming to Costa Rica for 5 years and have stayed in many Air BnBs. Katherine’s place was in the top 5 places that we have stayed at. Beautiful property, nice rooms, well stocked kitchen, and best location ever. The AC works really well, great morning sun on the balcony. The beach chairs and umbrellas are a nice bonus. We also met really nice people (fellow Canadians) at the pool. A nice beach and restaurant (Rooster) are just a short walk away. We will be back next year!

We loved our stay at Villas Las Ventanas! The condo was beautiful, spacious, and the amenities were all great! It is a ways out from the city life in Tamarindo, but the peacefulness and almost private beach access made it worth it. We ended up renting a car because it is pretty easy to get around there and we needed it to get back and forth to the other areas we wanted to go to. Our host Frances was always responsive when questions arose. The gate keepers at the condos were very helpful as well. Thank you for our wonderful trip!! Pura Vida - Denise & Laawrence
