Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Guanacaste Province

My husband and I had a great time here! The views are absolutely beautiful and our hosts had so many great recommendations for the surrounding areas. Pura vida!

Nous avons adoré l’appartement du 2e étage. C’est très grand et joli. La cuisine est bien équipée et les lits sont confortables et tout est très propre. Le balcon est très grand et agréable. L’aménagement extérieur est très beau. Il y a 2 chaises de plages et un parasol partagé entre les unités, ce qui est très pratique. L’appartement est vraiment bien situé, tout près de la plage, des épiceries et des restaurants. Il est facile de stationner sur la rue. J’ai réellement eu un coup de cœur pour l’endroit ! Nous y reviendrons très certainement, ça répondait à tous nos critères.

Ideal location, right in the heart of everything in Tamarindo, you call it restaurants, beach, supermarket, coffee shops, gym… The apartment if extremely well kept, surroundings are beautiful. Alexander and Gabriela are very friendly and helpful. Very fast internet for digital nomads. I recommend it to the Airbnb community 100 %

Beautiful place and amazing staff. Pool was so refreshing and always spotless. Staff were very attentive and willing to please. Amazing location and an easy walk to the beach and delicious local restaurants. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be revisiting soon.

The location was easy to find, loved the fact that she has a washer and dryer (which was needed after travelling for a week) before our visit to Punteranas, also liked the fact that we did not have to leave our car parked on the road, they have a private garage and provided us with a remote for the garage door so we could come and go as we please, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good

Nikki is a great host! She was very responsive to any questions or requests and the place was as pictured and described. It's not extravagant but was very clean and comfortable and all listed amenities were in good condition. It's probably about a 10 minute walk to the main street in Playa del Coco but there are a couple of restaurants right on the street that were great! I'd definitely recommend the Soda just down the street. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a clean and convenient place to explore the area!

Me and my 3 adult children in there 20’s stayed here and it was everything that the pictures show and better ! Outdoor living at its finest and we can’t wait to come back and stay here again! Air conditioning in each bedroom that gets very cold ! LOVED the pool ! Very clean for being outdoor living and I am very particular , but your in Costa Rica don’t go nit picking every nook and cranny you rented an Airbnb with outside living and it’s VERY CLEAN ! Upon arrival was left a bottle of wine , coffee and a pineapple:) Our host was very responsive and checked in regularly to make sure we didn’t need anything or if we needed any suggestions . You’re far enough away from town that we did not hear anything contrary to what some of the previous reviews said . This is a MUST STAY ! We loved it and were so sad to leave . We were here for 5 days and I do suggest renting a golf cart for your stay , soooo much fun and so much easier to get around it really made the trip ! Great Costa Rica Vibe

There was an issue with one of Steve’s initial properties and we stayed here and it was phenomenal. Steve offered us a great deal and we had a terrific time especially for the value. Place was amazing as well. Clean and exactly as described. (One of the rooms is like a guest house right outside - very good touch!). The development around the town wasn’t nearly as good as tamarindo but the beach is still just as nice and tamarindo is a 30 minute drive. However no way you’re getting the value you’re getting in tamarindo here. Overall, highly recommended!!!

Home has beautiful views from every floor. Comfortable and super clean property. The only thing to mention is that it does have a high incline. Would definitely recommend this home. Host was very responsive and helpful .

Naomi’s place was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Check in was easy and when we had a plumbing issue, Naomi was very responsive and kind. The beach is an easy 4 block walk. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was beautiful and modern. The pool was amazing. The dogs were fun to be able to hang out with. The wildlife, cows and sheep were a riot to watch. Evelyn was very responsive, accomodating and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again, and hopefully will in the near future!

Tyler is an ideal host! He's very friendly, responsive, and helpful. We loved staying at this place for three main reasons. First, the gorgeous and cool outdoor kitchen and pool. The beach is awesome, but does get hot. Tyler's backyard oasis was so refreshing and it was very fun to cook outdoors and mingle with the other guests. Second, the lovely local hosts aka Tyler's in-laws. They were on-site during our visit and so very nice. Finally, we could easily walk to the beach and surf! We took one lesson, and then easily rented boards from Tyler for the reminder of our stay to hone our surfing skills. This is a great spot, and a place we hope to return! Thanks Tyler!

The location of condo (downtown) and size of Karen’s was awesome for our family of 5. Plenty of room and was very neat! And the kitchen was fully stocked and having the washer/dryer in the unit was so nice! Karen has books to read, movies, etc. Bring your own cards and board games (that is what we did). I didn’t see any board games in the condo. Karen was so good to work with and very responsive. She was an excellent host! Once we parked the car the 1st day, the entire town is walkable and we didn’t have to drive. There are 2 grocery stores next to condo, restaurants galore, shopping beach 1 block away. Samara was a fun town and location for a relaxing beach vacation. We rented beach chairs from Tico’s surf shop (do it the day prior to wanting chairs) and they were excellent to work with. If you don’t want to spend money on that, Karen has beach chairs in the condo. Overall, so FUN and would rent Karen’s again.

Chris’s condo is all we expected! Really nice property on the first floor of the Malinche complex with an awesome view. Communication with Chris was very fluent and he provided helpful instructions with images and videos. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Great host and nice condo, but it should be stated that the complex is up a steep hill. We are seniors, and a month of going up and down was not feasible. Be in good shape, or rent a car or golf cart for your stay. The carts are road legal and capable of reaching a large number of groceries and restaurants. We had a great time and really enjoyed the pool and other guests.

What can I say about Daphne’s condo that already hasn’t been said!! All reviews are SPOT ON so there was no resistance in booking. When Daphne sent us her “concierge booklet” right after we booked, we knew it was going to be a first class stay. And it was. We loved so many things. Walk up entrance, clean pool and surroundings, friendly staff, very well appointed inside including linens and towels, spotless inside, all amenities provided including beach chairs for the SHORT walk down to Playa Penca, quiet at night, short walk to grocery and bar/restaurant and short drive to Surfside. It’s very obvious that taking care of her guests is important to Daphne and it shows. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay at Casa Del Sol! We loved it all! Pura Vida!!!!

Marks place was great! Close to many things. Loved staying there and wished we had more time. One thing to note: the tv is outdated and we weren’t able to connect to streaming services but Mark went above and beyond trying to fix it for us. Can’t wait to be back!

The location was perfect. Not right in the busy area but very walkable. It is only 2 blocks to the public beach and walk along the beach to almost downtown. The suite was perfect for us. We only had 2 people. With a small bathroom it might be tight for 4 depending on your guests. There is lots of storage though to put things out of the way. The supplies are basic but more than sufficient. Very clean. I would suggest a line to dry things our back A couple tips. If you are sitting outside don’t shut the door all the way or make sure you have a key !!! We locked ourselves out. Ana was quick to respond though and her manager came quickly to let us in. Also be aware the cats around will push the door open if you leave it slightly ajar. They are friendly though but will try to get in. #2 tip when walking downtown there are parts of the main road that are very busy and no side walk so walking on the beach walk or another interior street is good.

The condo is very nice, clean and well equipped. The pool was also very well maintained. I enjoyed the short walk to the beach.

This is an excellent unit in a wonderful city. The space is very clean, well-stocked, and the views from the balcony are spectacular. This is a fantastic location to either relax right in Las Catalinas or take some day trips. I highly recommend staying here! Las Catalinas is a relatively new city, with condos, homes and apartments built on the hills surrounding a secluded bay with a beautiful gray sandy beach. This unit is a 5-minute walk down to the beach which includes about 40 steps. There are sunset cruises that stop in this bay, but you can see the sunset from the balcony, or on the beach. The water is very warm and safe for swimming, so any time you get hot just jump in the water. There are some trees that offer shade, which most people gravitated toward. The unit has beach chairs and tote bags to bring everything you need for a day at the beach. There are also several restaurants on the beach which we tried. We liked to end the day with a glass of wine at one of the restaurants
