A beautiful cottage in the middle of Snowdonia. Amazing location for climbing Snowden and a short drive from Llyn Padarn. Very comfortable furnishings, it is a cold cottage though so make sure you come prepared (although there are lots of spare blankets provided and the bedding is really warm). Also bring plenty of extra wood for the log burner so it keeps you warm, but it's also so cosy in the living area with the fire going. The owner has lots of games and books available and has created a really good guide for all of the amenities. Would highly recommend.

An amazing find. Lisa was so friendly and helpful. Encouraged us to have a great day out on Snowden. The cottage was just what we needed for a comfortable relaxing break. You'll have to stay to see our full review in the guest book, alongside all the glowing comments of other guests. Don't all rush at once as would like to stay again!

We had a wonderful weekend stay in Catrin's hut. Everything was as described, and Catrin gave us clear access instructions. The location was absolutely perfect for our walk up Carnedd Llewelyn, and it was exciting to wake up in the morning with a view of Tryfan out the window. There were five of us, so it was very cosy, but we managed fine for a short stay. I can also recommend the pizza at Hangin' Pizzeria in Betws-y-Coed. I would definitely recommend Catrin's place to anyone looking for a simple, well-located stay in Eryri.
