A very lovely stay visiting family in Twickenham - the apartment was great, lots of space but still felt at home.

Great location as a quiet base for exploring London. There are shops and cafes in walking distance and the Thames, Hampton Court, and Bushy Park are all nearby. A bus or train will get you to central London. This is a family home so you aren't getting something in the style of a sleek hotel. It has lots of character though and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches of welcome bottles, snacks, and even a beautiful Christmas tree. We didn't get much use of the garden because of the weather but it would be a great space to play or hang out during the summer. They are great at communicating, very quick to respond and nice clear instructions for the house.

We truly loved Ravi’s apartment. Our first night we unfortunately had an issue with the boiler not working but Ravi was responsive and quick to have the issue resolved. The place is exactly as pictured in a nice neighborhood with charm. The bus stop is right outside the front door which made for easy transit. Also, the store just below the apartment was wonderful for purchasing breakfast items! We will definitely recommend that friends stay here and we’d return for another trip as well! Ravi made our trip perfect!

A lovely apartment in a great location which was close to all amenities . It was spotless & offered a good selection of teas & coffee. It’s a five minute walk to the river bank where you can relax & watch the world go by. I will say buy your coffee or drinks in town as no cafe was open when we were there. We stayed in this apartment because we went to the stadium to watch a ruby match. A nice easy walk which took about 25 minutes . The only negative I can say is we really struggled to find parking for longer than 4 hours. It was 2hrs on the street & 4 hrs in car parks. Eventually we parked in Waitrose multi storey car park which was about 20 minutes walk away . We found it easy to pull up & unload our luggage outside the apartment .
