Monthly Rentals in Happinger See

As a family of 4, the loft was a perfect size. We came from Australia on a winter holiday and found the Loft and location idea for walking around Rosenheim and surrounding areas. I would definitely stay here again if we come back, not just because the place was perfect, but our hosts Nic and Catherine were more than helpful. Our son was a little sick and they helped us with the correct translations for help at the doctors and pharmacy. Best bnb we have stayed in for a long time 🇦🇺😊

Brigitte's place immediately felt like a home away from home. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful New Year's Eve vacation, but also for hiking holidays in the summer, the apartment is certainly the perfect starting point. Brigitte herself is super friendly and accommodating. So a 10/10, we would come back anytime.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights over the 1st Advent weekend at the end of November. The accommodation is very cozy and offers enough space for families with small children. Maria and Andi welcomed us in a friendly way and were available for recommendations and questions by cell phone. The location on the outskirts of Rosenheim is ideal for small excursions to business or to be quickly in the center. The nearby Mangfall is wonderfully suitable for extensive walks. Within walking distance, all shopping facilities are available for daily needs.

It is small but nice, I felt very comfortable right away, absolute highlight also the own terrace on which you can really end the evening again. It was very clean and everything was available. Very happy to come back
