We had the pleasure of staying at this cozy and modern guesthouse and it truly exceeded all expectations. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by stunning views across open fields to a snowswept Caspian Lake. The property offers an ideal blend of comfort and style—modern furnishings, thoughtful details, and a welcoming atmosphere. The space is spacious enough for both of us to relax, with ample room for Mabel to play. Mabel also loved playing with Sunny, Xin and Eric’s well-behaved dog, in the snow. The property is set back from the road and offers peace of mind while the pups roam off-leash. If you're looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly getaway with breathtaking views, I highly recommend Xin and Eric’s guesthouse. The perfect balance of modern comfort and natural beauty!

Spacious, well lit, cleverly decorated, clean, well appointed

We had a wonderful stay, first time staying somewhere with our dog and it went really well. The cabin was comfortable and had everything needed to enjoy ourselves. Libby was very helpful!

What a wonderful place! So roomy and cozy! Beautifully restored with so much character. Stayed only for one night as a stop over on our travels but would love to return again for a longer stay! Thank you!
