beautiful, lots of room for our party of 6, amenities were great, loved the jacuzzi, exactly like the pictures with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, kitchen contained everything needed.

Lovely well equipped large family home. Loved the beach extras and very well equipped kitchen with the cooking essentials like sugar, cooking spray, and some spices. In a lovely golf community within an hours drive if the airport. There were various beaches and hikes in the area. Only downfall was many of the tours we booked were an hours drive back to Lihue area. There was no direct beach access so had to drive but a couple nice beaches within 10 minutes, highly recommend Anini beach or Hanalei beach. We don't golf but the course looks lovely. The only thing missing is a pool!!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Princeville. The space was perfect for our group of eight — spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen was wonderful and made it easy to cook meals together, and the location was ideal for quick trips to Hanalei Bay and other nearby spots. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. Laura was a great host — responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. The standout feature was definitely the lanai. We started each morning with coffee out there, enjoying the breeze, the sound of birds, and the ever-changing weather — from gentle rain to sudden downpours. It was the perfect place to unwind and soak in the lush surroundings. The ping pong table was a fun bonus and got plenty of use. This home was the perfect base for our trip and we’d absolutely stay again!

This was great for our big family and two friends! The yard as perfect for our kiddos and the pool is basically in the backyard. It’s also in the perfect spot location wise and a very short drive into hanalei. Morning walks were so peaceful and the scenery surrounding the whole neighborhood was breathtaking. We will be back and loved our stay here.

We stayed for Spring Break week with 8 adults and a 10 month old baby. There was plenty of room and supplies for the baby. We cooked most meals there and the kitchen was well stocked. There’s a nice dish washer and washer and drier. The beach and coffee shop and a few places to eat were within walking distance. And everything else seemed to be a short drive away. There is air conditioning in most of the home and fans in the 2 bedrooms without. We all had a good time and would stay there again.

Amazing house that looks even better in person. Such a great neighborhood near some of Big Island’s best beaches. There’s also shops and restaurants conveniently near by. Great host communication as well.

Our stay in this neighborhood was absolutely wonderful! We immediately felt safe and at ease, taking peaceful evening strolls and enjoying the quiet atmosphere. The area is also impeccably clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall pleasantness of our visit. On top of that, our host was fantastic! Emma was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and welcoming experience.

We had an amazing stay at David’s Airbnb! We had 9 people during our stay and the house was great. A few of our highlights were the incredible location, comfortable beds, peaceful neighborhood, well-stocked home, and comfortable living space. Our family loves the beach so it was extremely fun to have multiple beach accesses within minutes of walking. We enjoyed watching the sunsets and sunrises and even found turtles sunbathing everyday towards the late afternoon/evening! The neighborhood was fairly quiet and we enjoyed going on walks right around the home. Another highlight was the beautiful backyard and garden area. We picked some fresh limes and enjoyed eating them with our meals, this was a special treat! We also loved how well-stocked the house was. David had one of the best stocked airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. There was plenty of bathroom, kitchen, laundry products as well as towels/beach towels and plenty of stuff for the beach! David was incredible to work with! Loved this!

Our entire party of 7 enjoyed the place thoroughly. Our 9 ye old son was the one who enjoyed it the most as he had the whole entertainment living room to himself self and even used it as his bedroom. Although no AC except in two on the rooms we did not need to turn it on due to the breeze that came through the windows. It was so fresh day in and out for me. Rooms are equipped with fans through the other rooms and that’s all we needed. The place had everything we needed to cook a few breakfast meals and dinner. The views amazing and in love with the plants all around the house. So glad we could get our laundry out of the way before come back home as well. Would definitely recommend staying here. Felt right at home.

This house worked perfectly for our multigenerational family trip. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed having the covered outdoor space for eating breakfast before heading to nearby beaches. Close proximity to grocery store and restaurants in Princeville made it very convenient. Would love to stay here again!!!

Everything exceeded our expectations! Booking, checking in and checking out was so easy and simple! The house is gorgeous, big, spacious and so cozy and prepped with all that you could need! A break from the hustle and bustle of O’ahu was exactly what we needed. My family sure enjoyed the house to the fullest! My kids used the party lights every night, the girls got to enjoy the backyard, everyone exercised in the gym, the neighborhood was perfect for a brisk family walk and the 6 of us had so much room to occupy! The big kitchen was wonderful for our lovely family meals and the kids even had lots of space to build a big, cute fort by the front door! The luxury bathroom was fantastic and being able to use the laundry room was just great! Mahalo nui loa again Tony! Stellar job with this airbnb and we hope to come back again soon!

The house was great! The community within the gates was awesome! The host, was great! The residential area just outside the gated community was fine. The area along Farrington Hwy (Hwy 93), between Makaha Valley Road and south for about 8 or so miles, was riddled with beach front homelessness. Don’t expect to hit the beach in this area. We drove north to Makua Beach, which was nice and felt safe. We also spent time at the Kohola Lagoon in front of Aulani Disney Resort. Aulani was nice and the beach felt safe. The house itself is in good shape. There were some minor things, which happens with some careless guests. Joe provided very useful beach equipment. We used the towels, beach mats, snorkel gear, kids beach toys and took the umbrellas just in case. The washer and dryer were very helpful, to ready the towels and swim clothes for the next day. The exterior fourth bedroom was great for my oldest son. It has all you need. Overall, great house, great host and great amenities. Mahalo

Our group of 6 couples stayed at Long's place for 6 nights. There was plenty of space for all of us including great communal areas on the deck and lounge areas. The kitchens were well equipped. We were very appreciative for the beach towels. The location was perfect for exploring Kona and the Big Island. The sunsets from the deck were amazing. We will certainly remember our time there fondly.

We had a wonderful stay at Jade’s for our family vacation on the Big Island - her house felt like a home away from home, a comfortable and easy stay especially with little kids! We also loved that it was close to amazing hikes and ocean viewpoints, and very spacious, clean, and airy inside with a well stocked kitchen for family dinners in.

Jimmy's place was absolutely beautiful!! It was immaculate, and beautifully decorated. We slept so well, and loved hanging out there. Everything about his place is exquisite! The surrounding mountains were gorgeous, and the gated community made us feel so secure. we had the most wonderful experience in Waianae! Thank you, Jimmy for hosting the best airbnb we've ever stayed in!!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s place! Very central location yet very peaceful and full of beautiful nature. Every activity we booked was 10-15 mins away from the home. It was only four of us so we had more than enough space in this home. Definitely a great home for a big group!

We had a lovely stay at this Koloa house. The space was large and well set up for a big group. We particularly loved the large deck. It was great for a cup of coffee and watching golfers in the mornings. The putting green was fun for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils, making it easy to cook meals at home. There were plenty of beach chairs for use too. Property is close to restaurants and downtown Koloa as well as several fabulous beaches. We loved Shipwreck beach in particular. The property had 4 large bedrooms. Our only complaint (and it was very minor) was that you had to walk through one bedroom to get to 2 others. Fine for our family but good to know if you're traveling with folks less familiar with each other.

We have stayed here before. The host is very responsive whenever I reach out. The place is in a nice neighborhood. Safe to go for a walk or a run. Beds are comfortable and has all necessities. Most likely will be back in town for work in the future and will be staying here if available.

We loved the property. We definitely appreciated all the switches being labeled and the property was beautiful. The pool was clean and a lot of fun, and there were plenty of dishes, etc. in the kitchen to satisfy multiple meals with 7 guests.

We had an amazing stay here and would definitely come back. It's a beautiful home with lots of amenities. I already miss it!

Great place. About a 15-20 minute walk to a couple beaches. You are in a neighborhood so it feels safe to walk around/not many cars. 5-7 minute drive to nearest grocery store and a few restaurants. Very close to Hanalei town - about 30 min to Haena State Park. You definitely need a car while sight seeing around Kauai. The home is large (big enough for 9-10 people) and the kitchen/living area is great for family mornings and evenings. You can see the mountains and waterfalls on a clear day. The lanai on the first and second floor are great in the mornings. All the rooms are spacious and very clean. 3 of the rooms are on the bottom floor (including the 4th room/bunk bed that is in common area). The only room on the first floor is the master. Only issue was that the fridge ice maker did not work and had a little difficulty contacting the 24/7 property manager. Brad was a great communicator and really helps you know the lay of the land. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Mary’s place! Although it was a little more remote than expected, we appreciated the access to the different beautiful beaches in the neighborhood. The snorkeling at Manini Beach was spectacular! Because we had our 8 month old granddaughter with us, we also spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool. The “glamping” aspect of our stay was fun and we enjoyed the sounds of nature, particularly our rooster alarm at the crack of dawn which certainly helped us get our days started. We would highly recommend Mary’s place and wouldn’t hesitate staying again when on the island.

Lovely Kuai vacation home. This location on the south shore was a perfect base for our family vacation. Multiple restaurants, shops and beaches all within 5-15 min. I did a massage at the hotel spa nearby which was fabulous. The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool, grill and landscaped backyard. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with spices, coffee filters, etc. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and body wash. We will definitely return to this property when traveling with a larger group. There was plenty of room to spread out.

A memorable stay in Princeville. The house had everything we needed and close to all the north shore beaches. The pictures don’t do the pool justice! Great for kids and adults alike.
