Monthly Rentals in Hayaan Islet

We had a wonderful stay at Sundaze Farm, honestly wish we had booked more nights there. The private area was very cozy and secluded from the rest of the facility but just a short walk away from the office for anything you might need. Choco the Dog was a star and let me pet and play with him, very refreshing to see well cared for pets in this area. The hostess was very attentive and kind. 10/10 would recommend.

I rented the place for 1 month. It was amazing. It just felt like home. The location is perfect, very local surroundings, near both Tagbilaran and Panglao so you can enjoy the best of both worlds. It was just so convenient. The host is friendly, helpful and respectful of your privacy. I recommend 1000%. Thank you so much Mr Dennis.

Peter and Rowena were the definition of HOST. From making sure we got to and from the airport, to introducing us to the Tip Top restaurant - our "go-to" place for a friendly meal and a quick meat and grocery stop, to ensuring our scooter rental was a positive experience, to offering suggestions of what to do in the area - they did it all! If we needed something, they were there to help and offer suggestions. The sea view from the pool was a delight each day.

I spent two weeks in one of the houses, and it turned out to be a good spot for anyone who loves riding a scooter and working remotely. I usually worked on the summer terrace near the bar. The Internet was reliable, and having generators on site meant there were no worries during power outages. The atmosphere was wonderfully quiet, with all guests being respectful and considerate. The staff - Tim, Vianca, Laiza, and Melanie - were exceptionally responsive, making every interaction a pleasure (Thank you!). They had a small bar with bottled beers and cocktails. Also, they cooked quite well, and the prices were about the same as in the cafes and restaurants on Alona Beach. I also appreciated the owner’s warmth and understanding.
