Amaizing annexe. Kim's place is located in the quiet neighbourhood. In a walking distance to beautiful river Hamble and the local marina. It is specious, spotless and very well equipped. Decorated with a great taste. This lovely place is provided with everything you need even for a longer stay. It is conveniently placed close to Tesco extra and bus stop to Southampton and Portsmouth. Kim and Ian were very friendly and always happy to help. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely return. Kate&Robert

What a fantastic location and property. Beautiful views and a great pub. Faultless in every way.

Great locality for what I needed - easy access to explore different parts of Hampshire, both rural and town. Lovely views over fields, some with horses in, yet still close to main road networks and city life. Steve and his wife were very friendly (so too their cute dogs and cat) and I was appreciative of Steve’s quick response time and accommodating nature.

Booked this accommodation to stay in whilst running Southampton marathon. Nice and quiet just outside of town with an easy drive in. Pictures matched exactly. Hot tub was fantastic and a godsend after the marathon. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and accommodation was spotless
