We came over to New York for a 1 week holiday, where one of the options was this AirBnB, and after looking around we ended up settling with this one. Bill has been a great host, always proactive and quick to respond when there was something we didn't have. the Airbnb itself is as described, comfortable for 2 people. We were concerned that it might not be worth enough given we visited in December, though thankfully there is a good central heating; the additional heaters weren't required, but the heated blanket was a nice touch. Lovely locations nearby, and we actually spent half the week just staying in Oceanside as everything was a walking distance away. Getting into Central New York City is best done by walking 20 minutes to Oceanside station, and taking the LIRR straight in. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit NYC. We'd happily stay here again if we visited NYC again.

I really enjoyed my stay everything is so close by the bus stop is really close to the house and the train station is about 10-15 mins away, the house is really quiet and the bathrooms are always clean.

The host was great! He was extremely accommodating and the place was exactly how the pictures show it. I felt comfortable and safe my entire stay and appreciated the quick responses whenever I needed anything.
