Monthly Rentals in Hills Beach

Suzanne was very proactive with instructions which was much appreciated. We had no problems getting there and getting right inside. The place was very peaceful and just what we needed!

Donna and Jim were amazing Airbnb hosts! I rented their apartment for 6 months while working in the area. It was clean, safe, and had everything I needed. They were so supportive and provided great communication. They were also so considerate considering I work 12 hr night shifts. The area has all amenities, and this apartment is walking distance to the ocean! The apartment was well supplied and I wanted for nothing. Overall, I’d definitely stay with them again, and I’d highly recommend their rental for anyone needing one in the area.

This cottage was beautiful and exceptionally clean! Alexis goes above and beyond from the freshly baked bread, wine and goodies, to all the other little detail details she has throughout the home. This house is conveniently located next to UNE which makes it perfect for visiting our daughter. We made home cooked meals and relaxed on the cozy couch to watch movies. Just what we needed! Can’t wait to return!

Beds were super comfortable. We had to use the AC one day and it worked really well. Enjoyed most meals on the back deck, and the kitchen was super well equipped for all the cooking we did.
