Joseph, was a great host was very responsive with any questions that we had about the house and will definitely recommend this house to anyone.

This is a pristine and stylish villa perfect for a long weekend! Lots of nice touches, Kiehl’s products in bath and kitchen, high quality appliances, Nespresso (thanks for the pods!) etc… made for a turnkey stay. The staff at best nest were extremely nice, helpful, professional and accommodating. The exterior of the place does not indicate what a nice experience awaits inside. :-)

Thank you for opening your private residence to visitors. The views were stunning, the decor was gorgeous, loved that beach chairs were provided, and watching the dolphins play steps away just topped our stay.

We loved this house and would like to rent it again in the future for a summer vacation. It is in a great neighborhood and a VERY short walk to the beach. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. We were comfortable in the house and felt that it was a home away from home.

My CA friends and I stayed in this gorgeous home on the beach for my 50th birthday. From CA, we're familiar with beautiful beaches, but this place took our breath away. The view of the beach, ocean, sunsets, bikes/people up and down the sand were exceptional. The home is located on one of the best beaches where live music, ocean front bars/restaurant are a walk or e-bike away. The rooms are well decorated, large and quiet, each with their own private bathroom. If there's availability with this unit, book it! You and your friends/family will love the experience and beautiful amenities. And! The property managers are very nice and helpful. We were given in-home chef names, massage therapists, restaurants, boats, tours and e-bike recommendations. We're definitely coming back with kids and friends!
