Townhome holiday rentals in Hilton Head Island

We loved our stay here. Dawn was very responsive anytime I needed anything. The access to the beach was great. Dawn had everything we needed and more. There were games for the kids and beach gear. It comfortably held 4 adults, 3 children, and a baby. Would definitely return!

The townhouse was spotless and extremely close to pool. Beach was a short distance to walk. Kitchen well stocked with any needed supplies. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute villa. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location was quiet, convenient, and the grounds are lovely. This is a great area for walking and biking. Or, if you prefer, drive about two minutes to Coligny public beach parking lot and nearby shops.

Anne was a responsive and helpful host. The condo for comfortable for 7 people and our small dog. We loved the screened in porch for family games, talking and reading! Great location- we were able to walk or take a trolley to beach daily. Beautiful walks within the development and on nearby nature preserves.

Our stay was wonderful with no complaints. The rooms were beautiful and cleaned to a hotel standard. Each room came with a box fan which was a great accommodation. We felt safe and comfortable and had an overall great stay.

We had a great stay for the week with kids and grandkids. My only disappointment was the grill was rusty and unusable

Our family loved staying here for our trip to Savannah/Tybee over our holiday break! The house was actually even larger than we thought it would be - it's incredibly spacious and has plenty of room for people to spread out and get some privacy which was a perk. It was a great proximity to the beach and nearby amenities. We booked a golf cart from down the street and that made it easy to zip around the entire island to explore. This house is a little less equipped with 'daily essentials' than a typical Airbnb. There were no pantry ingredients, including coffee, salt, or pepper. You will not find soaps or shampoos in the bathrooms, and there was only one load of laundry detergent at the house. This wasn't that big of a deal for us, just something to keep in mind if you're planning on making a list to grocery shop or pack on your way in. Pots and pans are also very limited, but we ate out at all the great restaurants most of the time that it didn't matter too much.

Tyson and Marie are super hosts. Communication was great and the townhouse was perfect! My nieces and nephew, all in their 30’s, loved the space and the location. Great restaurants, shopping, entertainment. We could not have been more pleased with our hosts and the accommodations! Thank you Tyson and Marie for making our visit so special!

Rob’s place was great. Super convenient walk to the beach. Nice set up inside, super clean, and he was proactive with instructions and info for us. Any questions we had were quickly answered. Would stay again if we are back in the area!

Lynn was great she made sure we got what we needed and made sure everything was okay for us. Was a beautiful area and great place for walking and the pools was very clean and yards were well kept. Stores and places to eat were close and tours were close also such as fishing and seeing dolphins and historical sites. There was also lots of wildlife to see such as deer, cranes alligators and turtles and much more. Was a great and peaceful place to stay

I loved the townhouse. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was perfect. The decor was great. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Thank you for an amazing, awesome and astonishing weekend.

We were extremely fortunate Susan was able to accommodate my family and yellow lab at the last minute as we needed to evacuate in advance of Hurricane Milton. Susan was incredibly responsive and friendly. Her home was very comfortable and it provided the peace of mind we needed during such a stressful time. We could easily walk to Harbor Town and The Shops at Sea Pines Center (both about a comfortable 15-25 minute walk). The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials and the WiFi allowed for us to easily work remotely or stream a movie or show. Thank you for your hospitality, Susan!

I traveled to Hilton Head to run a local marathon over at Defauskie Island and after a lot of research decided on Tracy’s place. It was exactly as pictured and described. So many small details that made it stand out. Everything was so clean, orderly, plenty of supplies in the kitchen, all things labeled throughout the house. Everything was considered. I also LOVED the fireplaces. I travel a lot and have been to many Airbnb’s and this was one of my favorites, hands down.

Host was extremely nice and very responsive. House was beautiful and very clean. I will definitely be staying here again. We had an amazing experience.

Stayed with four other friends for a weekend wedding. Jefferey’s place was great and had everything you needed, including an espresso machine and steamer for our dresses. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. And Jeffrey was readily available if we needed anything at all. It was a great weekend and would definitely stay here again.

The perfect place for our weekend getaway/birthday celebration for our family of 8! Beautiful home with all the amenities and more! Susan is an amazing host, her attention to details are like no other. She made sure to have a special birthday surprise waiting for my daughter upon our arrival that we did not expect!♥️ it was a treat for everyone! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Helena’s condo! Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The condo was very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed and then some! It was a quick walk to the beach and the pool area was wonderful. Hellena is an excellent Host and was super quick and friendly with all communications! I highly recommend this condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse, the location is amazing, the place was clean and comfy beds, soft sheets, and great bathrooms. The host really goes the extra mile in making this an enjoyable stay. The area old town Bluffton is so nice to stay because there are so many places to walk from your unit. Also the sun room on the third floor is AMAZING

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made it so convenient for daily visits. The space itself was fantastic—clutter-free, spacious, and clean, with plenty of room in the bedrooms for everyone to feel comfortable. It’s clear that the hosts put thought into making this a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay on the island—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. Would definitely return!
