Monthly Rentals in Holiday Beach

Nice house. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Plenty of clean linens and towels. Beds were already made for us.

This was a hurry stay and it was nice and clean. I did not realize it was not for a person handicapped. I have trouble doing stairs. I did not realize it was quite a ways from port Aransas but was nice and quiet and we were able to take our little Yorkie with us. I also enjoyed the recliner’s. The only other thing is the mosquitos but we were warned.

Five stars all around! The hosts have put tremendous effort into this property. No place is that more clear than their extensive guidebook upon your arrival. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. They will give you the space you need, but if you need anything, they will respond quickly. The neighborhood in Holiday Beach is quiet and private. Nobody’s gonna be there unless they are staying there or already living there. The view of the bay and the canals are wonderful. The property seems far away from Rockport, but it isn’t. You can be in Rockport and all it has to offer in 10 minutes at the most. An added bonus for us was being close to the Our Lady of Schoenstatt Shrine. The shrine is a very peaceful and prayerful place. Highly recommend visiting. Please note, the neighborhood’s quiet and peaceful nature disappears on New Year’s Eve. 🤣 Also, you must be able to handle stairs to stay here. Thanks to Michael and his wife for a wonderful stay!

3rd year visiting and it always feels like coming home. It's always just what we need when we are here and getting to chat with John & Jo is an added bonus. As always we will definitely be back in the future.
