This is an absolutely gorgeous space, and is bigger in person than it appears in the pictures. Very peaceful area with an amazing forest view, I would absolutely stay here again if I needed an extended stay in the Hills.

I cannot say enough about Nicholas and his spot. The hills are dreamy, we enjoyed walking the neighborhood daily with our dog (it’s at the lower part of the neighborhood but there are lots of hills to explore if you want!). He was the best host I have had so far through all my different airbnb stays. So friendly and helpful throughout the stay and you can tell he genuinely wants his guests to enjoy their time at his beautiful spot. It’s a 1 bedroom and was the perfect size for my wife, dog, and I. He definitely put a lot of thought and love into the space and you feel that instantly when you walk in. If we could have stayed there longer we absolutely would have. 5 stars for this stay. Highly recommend.

I stayed at this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath house in the Hollywood Hills from October to January while undergoing medical treatments, and it truly felt like home. The house is impeccably clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable, extended stay. Both bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds, the 2 bathrooms provided enough room and very clean, and the living room provided the perfect place to relax. The kitchen is roomy and had all the essentials, making it easy to cook meals. The outdoor space provided a peaceful, relaxing spot to unwind. The location is ideal—quiet and serene, yet close to everything Los Angeles has to offer. Tina was extremely attentive, communicative, and very approachable. This home provided a welcoming, calming environment during a challenging time, and I’m so grateful for my stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great location, comfort, style, and tranquility in LA.

Such a unique lovely place to stay. This space, on the smaller side, is well laid out, extremely clean and abundantly supplied with everything you can think of and more, quality everything in this space! Hosts were readily available and acccomodating. Marsha does a superior job of ensuring that accommodations are in top condition. We staid 3 months and it was awesome with a friendly vibe. It is evident that the hosts care about your experience in the hobbit rental. Excellent space for the price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
