We spent four days and four nights at this beautiful place in Grand-Popo, and everything was perfect! The location is ideal, a short walk from the sea, in a quiet and peaceful setting. The house is beautiful, well decorated and very well equipped, including the kitchen which makes it easy to prepare meals. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor areas, with a beautiful terrace to enjoy the stunning ocean views. The wifi works well, and the whole place is very comfortable. The hosting was excellent: the caretaker is extremely kind and available, always ready to help. Communication with Amaaffra was also very easy and enjoyable. Access is simple, the house is close to the main road while being in a quiet place, with few people on the beach. A perfect stay, we highly recommend!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Nyumba Lodge! Christine was very responsive in advance of our stay and once we arrived Steve and the team were fantastically welcoming and helpful! The Lodge itself was beautiful and clean and we felt safe at all times. The breakfast was great!

I couldn't not have picked a better spot to stay in Ouidah during Vodoun week. Most of the tourist sites and dances were within walking distance as his apartment is centrally located. The apartment was simple but tastefully furnished. Layo is the perfect host, responsive, pro-active and full of recommendations throughout. A public thank you for your hospitality!

I had a serene time in Candice’s beautiful garden and Apartment. It is a really outstanding hidden treasure in Ouidah, a bit away from the town center. The garden is gorgeous and the apartment clean and beautifully designed. There is no kitchen, but restaurants nearby. Pacome, who also lives on the premises, was very kind and helpful. The streets in the area are under construction, so it’s best to ask for detailed instructions how to get to the location beforehand. Thank you!
