Monthly Rentals in Hua Hin

I have stayed at La Casita before and her place is superior to the other condos there.A lot of extras inc a water filter,coffee machine,lots of coat hangers,most of all a comfy couch as that standard cream one in the pics that other condos have is very uncomfotable.used the washine mach,ironing board/iron. Love the hat and bag hooks.Bathroom has a stand for your toiletries bag.Elevator is 22steps away and garbage drop is 30.The balcony was in both sun and shade for us.

Overall we had a great stay - the property was as described, and the suite was very nice and modern. Good location with walkability to Bluport mall and 7-11. We had a noisy neighbor and Li was super helpful. (The walls are not necessarily thin, but if neighbors bang around very loudly into late night/early morning, you can hear it.) That neighbor moved out near the end of our stay, and it was totally fine after that. Fantastic price for what you get, highly recommend!

Great location in a neighbourhood in hua hin with lots of bars near by, 7/11 close, cafes, bike rental, massage and hairdressers near by. Can easily walk to the shopping mall or the beach is around 10-15 min walk. I stayed for a month and felt safe in the condo. The condo has a comfy bed, pool on the first floor and a gym on the 8th floor. There was 1 toilet roll, no shower gel or hand wash for a one month stay which I had to ask the host to drop round, also no extra sheet for a one month stay which I had to ask him to drop off again. There was limited cleaning products, the only option was to pay for a cleaner or ask the host for more cleaning products. My only advice would be to ensure the condo has enough supplies to last the length of the guest stay, to ensure the price paid is worth it. Overall a good stay in Hua Hin, great location and a new building.
