Beautiful, superbly equipped, chic apartment. Free parking behind house. Shopping facilities available, also snack bar, pizzerias. Unfortunately, the 4-lane road is well traveled almost throughout.

I spent two months in this apartment and the experience was absolutely impeccable. The space was clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable. The location is great, with easy access to everything needed for an extended stay. The host has always been available, attentive and very helpful, quickly answering any question. Without a doubt, it deserves 5 stars – I highly recommend it!

Quiet town, great apartment, responsive host.

Located in the old town of Crotone, the apartment covers all three floors of a tastefully restored house. On the ground floor is the entrance, on the first floor is the living room with kitchenette, next to it is a bedroom with bathroom. On the second floor is another bedroom with bathroom and next to it a smaller room with access to the balcony and another bathroom. The rooms are huge and nicely decorated, the bathrooms are modernly equipped. Everything seemed very new. It was also pleasant that the rooms have central heating and that Elio programmed them to our liking. We also found it nice to eat as a couple on the balcony and look over the city's rooftops to the hills in the hinterland. Grocery stores and good restaurants are within easy walking distance. You can visit the castle and the archaeological museum right around the corner. Elio was a friendly and attentive host. We felt comfortable, thank you!
