claire and Joe were really responsive, they were very welcoming and came to see us when we arrived, her home is like a home from home. they helped us with locations, areas and advice. the sunroof and chess board was a winner, lovely fireplace and very comfy beds. fantastic weekend away thank you so much

My partner and I stayed here for Christmas and we had the best time. We were greeted on arrival by Feri and when we entered the cottage it was spotless and had everything we needed. Feri and Steve were very friendly and attentive and responded quickly if we had any questions. Would highly recommend visiting here and we will gladly book again soon.

Great place to stay, Linda wzs able to update the changes we needed straight away, and responded immediately. The lads were impressed with accommodation, it was very homely.

I really loved my two nights spent here - perfectly situated to explore the gems of East Anglia; nearby Bungay is a delight, as is Southwold. The accommodation has everything you need, and is surrounded by the peaceful tranquility of the River Waveney. There are plenty of nearby walks, and I thoroughly enjoyed a pint in front of the roaring fire at the Black Swan, as well as a nice breakfast at The Dove. Lovely hosts, cosy accommodation and a fantastic location - I'll be back.
