Great little find and such a lovely place! Excellent access to the town and for some great walks on the Moor. Helen was very helpful and responsive to any messages with lots of great personal recommendations for places to eat etc (We loved Friends of Ham!!) Would definitely stay again. Thanks Helen 😎

Loved our second stay here! A really cute and cosy little stay in a brilliant location. You’ve got everything you need in the property, as well as everything you need in town. Lovely walks nearby, especially along the river and up into the woods. Host was lovely and had great communication. Will be back.

Clean, convenient and compact. The accommodation was well equipped and well presented. It’s a compact and efficient space located within walking distance of Ilkley. Ilkley is a lovely Yorkshire town with great cafes, shops and restaurants. There is good walking from the accommodation and the Dales is a short drive away.

A really attractive place to stay on a quiet street. Lots of comfy seating, hot water, and convenient parking. Only small reservation was that the double bed was a bit narrower than we're used to but really the positives outweighed that. Its a bright and central place thats even nicer than the photos.
