Monthly Rentals in Incline Village

Spent an entire month at this location and it exceeded all expectations. Perfect location for anything you can imagine... The lake, snowboarding, grocery store, restaurants, you name it. Would do it all again in a heartbeat.

The studio was simple, clean, and in a good location. A bit dark during the day because it faces north but good for sleeping. Leo and Kathy were communicative and helpful. Good for a basic trip. The cleaning charge was higher than one night of rent which is my only concern, but it's Tahoe so everything is more expensive.

Incredible location and perfect apartment! I stayed for two months and worked remotely from there wifi is great and nice to work from the mountains. Meghan was very communicative and an amazing host!

Loved this place! They thought of everything. I especially loved the heated mattress pads on the beds since we were there in January. They had fancy Bluetooth speakers for the clocks in the bedrooms. Great bathroom amenities with facial masks, shower steamers and mouthwash. Everything was nicely labeled so you knew where everything belonged. The hot tub was hot and ready upon arrival. We didn't need to warm it up. Everything was perfect and it was a super cozy place to stay during the winter. We loved it!
