We absolutely thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Cottage was actually bigger than we expected. the photos don’t do it justice. Immaculately clean and the complimentary welcome pack was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated on arrival. Dean was so friendly and helpful throughout and very attentive when we messaged, 10/10 host. 5/5 stars for this stay is an easy decision, defiantly the best we have stayed in and we travel a lot. The gardens and the riverside steps were a fantastic touch to this beautiful stay, which the dogs loved. We would 100% come back and really look forward to it. Thank you so much for a great family stay.

Lovely clean accomodation. Great facilities and as described. Private entrance backed into a wee garden which was nice. The spare bed wasn't made up as there was an assumption my friend and I would share the double so best to ask for this in advance. The lighting is also a little harsh although there are bedside lamps next to the double bed. Thank you for a great stay.

What can I say, the best Airbnb we have stayed at to date! This place is perfect, you are in the middle of fields, with lambs everywhere, your own private loch that has kayaks available to use (great fun!), a secure garden to let the dogs roam freely. The house itself is bigger than the images seem, we had plenty of space for four adults, a toddler and three dogs. They provided a cot and high chair which is a great help. There’s a huge boot room which is great to throw off your coat and walking boots, and give the dogs a towel dry after a walk. Beds were perfectly comfortable, a cosy log fire, plenty of hot water in the showers, what more could you ask for! The house felt more like a home than a rental and we are already planning our next trip. The hosts were friendly and available for any questions you may have. My daughter didn’t want to come inside, she was obsessed with the sheep and being in the garden! only issue was signal for the firestick/ phones was poor but not an issue.

A perfect home from home stay to spend with family. Thanks to Jane and her co hosts for the kind welcome basket :) The house is beautifully presented, clean and spacious. The hot tub was a fantastic addition to an already fantastic house! We were fortunate with the sunny warm weather so also to enjoy the spacious garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would 100% recommend to travellers looking for a large property to stay in just outside Edinburgh.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate his first cancer free birthday in 5 years and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The cabin exceeded my expectations, it has been built to the highest standards and takes advantage of the most beautiful surroundings. It is stunning inside, plenty of natural light in each room. The log fire was lovely at night and kept the place very warm and cosy. The kitchen is well stocked for whatever you may wish to cook. Samantha left us a beautiful hamper full of treats and took the time to personalise a few wee things. The outdoor bath was also lovely! We spent most of our time watching the wildlife on the loch. There is a pair of nesting swans which are so fascinating to watch. Lots of other bird life including ducks and geese, our wee dog loved watching them all too! I have already recommended Tirahs Landing to friends and family. It’s a very special wee place that’s full of surprises!

Booked at short notice we only stayed one night. We were looked after and the extra bed made up at short notice. The large apartment had everything we needed and the food in the fridge was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Had a great weekend stay for a mountain biking trip. House location is perfect for biking and close to the high street for food and drinks. There is a large garage for safe bike storage/ charging. Plenty of parking space on the drive and street. It’s located down a nice quiet street. The host was excellent, very helpful and great communication. The house has everything you could need and I will definitely be staying again. Thanks.
