Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Innerleithen

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this unique home, beautiful surroundings, very homely and all amenities available in the house. Really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very helpful.

Mel was a very helpful and friendly host. The cottage was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a quiet and peaceful break. Particularly good for the dog with the garden being fully enclosed and free to roam.

Two night stay at Abbey House The property was immaculate on arrival,very clean, tidy,easy to find,ample parking,the Property had all amenities to make it a perfect stay Beds very comfortable ,high quality linen,Pillows etc,bathroom situated right beside both bedrooms,clean and very tidy plenty of towels. Property has lovely outdoor space with table and chairs directly opposite the Abbey,CH system easy to use and the House warms quickly. The house is in a quite, peaceful area of central Jedburgh ,very short walk to local shops, Cafe, pubs Host left a lovely welcome pack which included Bottles of Cider,shortbread and chocolate for the youngest member of our family,property also had lots of condiments etc to use as well as plenty of crockery, Cutlery, glasses, pots, pans Would love to revisit Abbey House again in future as it was a great and very relaxing place to stay..

Jackie’s place was warm, very clean and welcoming after a long day sightseeing. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. We travelled from here to Lindisfarne, which was an hour’s drive away, but discovered there was much to see in the area as well. We particularly enjoyed Jedburgh Abbey.

My husband and I stayed at the Water Tower for 3 nights. It is beautifully restored with so much attention to detail. In arriving we explored it in total awe. It is very comfortable and each bedroom has an ensuite toilet and hand basin. The bathroom is totally wonderful - especially having a bath. The sitting room at the top has a sensational view and is very comfortably furnished. As previous reviews have mentioned the Water Tower is well equipped and we were made very welcome by Susan and Gerry and greeted with homemade muffins and our choice of breakfast ingredients. The Water Tower is really well located, with Morrisons, a wonderful Indian Restaurant called Itihaas for dinner and an incredibly convenient bus service to Edinburgh (£2 per ride - use your card on your phone to pay) - all just around the corner. The Water Tower is an incredibly special place and we would stay again if/when we come back to Edinburgh. Thank you very much Susan and Gerry for hosting us.

Responsive and friendly host. We slept comfortably and appreciated the flexibility with check in time traveling with small children.

We spent a lovely bank holiday weekend here, Marjorie was really responsive and welcomed us when we arrived. The house was lovely and clean, and we really appreciated the chocolates left for us! The house is in a beautiful location, easy to get to the local villages or even a day trip to edinburgh. We also had the joy of meeting some of the newly born lambs! Thank you Marjorie, we had such a nice stay!

Well what can I say , this is a beautiful apartment, everything was immaculately clean , they have beautiful taste , my fiancée even googled the blanket and side tables as she loved them , the shower was second to none , location lovely . The bathroom was full of washing products, also dish washing tablets & washing machine tablets under the sink . We will be back , we tried to book it for another evening but we just missed out . We will be back tho as we love the area .

This was a wonderful quirky stay. Very close to the centre, situated in a bus route and also easy to access train stations (which were a short drive). Has everything you need in the flat. Only 2 tiny niggles, road outside flat, very noisy with traffic… but that can’t be helped. Floors could do with a mop, noticed some footprints, initially worried they were ours making a mess - but nothing major. The decor was on point and fabulous, really lovely feel, quirky and homely. It was obvious that there was so much care to attention and detail in the decor, which we appreciated very much. Hosts were fabulous and went above and beyond with making sure we felt at home, with great communication, welcome messages and a little book that gave some good recommendations. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful cozy apartment and even better location. Stayed there for 2 nights family of 6 the house is very spacious with a well- equipped kitchen , 2 bath with amenities and lots of storage.

Would highly recommend. Easy transport links into Edinburgh. The apartment was perfect for our needs . Safe parking. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Steve and Gillian's place was wonderful. They had thought of everything. The atmosphere and surrounds were relaxing, modern and well presented.Some breakfast starters were thoughtful and appreciated The outdoor area was also beautiful. We had a relaxing stay at Audrey’s place. It was the perfect peaceful cosy place to come ‘home’ to after a day in the city. It has great access to Edinburgh and Rosslyn Chapel. Would definitely recommend. It had everything we needed and a great stocked kitchen.

Beautiful apartment. Was greeted and warmly welcomed. All the essentials were left for us in the kitchen including bread, butter, milk and even bottle of Prosecco to accompany us in the luxurious hot-tub. Worth the stay if you are visiting the area!

The place is lovely and the surrounding very attractive and peaceful. I would definitely recommend!

If you are a mountain biker looking for accommodation, Graham’s place is the best choice there is. Located right in the centre of Innerleithen, you can ride straight out the front door and enjoy the trails. The workshop comes with tools, cleaning equipment and locks that makes life so easy after a long day’s riding. The living spaces are clean, tidy and really comfortable. It really can’t be beaten.

The perfect place to rest up and unwind. Small, cozy but with everything we needed. Ash was super helpful letti g us check inearly after our flight from New Zealand, she was quick to respond and helped us settle in.

Another stay, and as perfect as ever. Such a lovely homely place, friendly host and a perfect place for all activities. Can’t wait to be back soon.

Superb accommodation - clean and kitchen well-equipped. Very convenient for exploring the Scottish Boarders. Beautiful garden and great views. We had a lovely time.

Stayed a week. Welcoming, well equipped, good communication around the booking. A great base for Edinburgh and the Pentlands with super easy access to public transport, bike paths and walking trails. Easy off-street parking and not far from the bypass. Bonus views on both sides. 5 stars.
