Apartment holiday rentals in Innsbruck

It was such amazing time and we would love to repeat again we feel so much at home and enjoy the area around ,thank you so much

We had a wonderful week with the best weather for the time. The apartment is very spacious, bright and well equipped. A beautiful large kitchen with large fridge, large shower and very nice terrace with the best views. Everything very modern and new. We personally did not get along so well with the mattresses, but that is individually different. The location was super quiet and therefore very relaxing. The place is very cozy with supermarket and bakery. We highly recommend!

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Great stay, really friendly and perfect location for where we needed. Slopes close by and easy to get in and out of Mayrhofen. Hans was really helpful! Would stay again

Central, quiet and modern – a perfect apartment for Kitzbühel!

We were completely satisfied with our accommodation. The location at the edge of the village was great, right across the street a good restaurant and hiking trails up to the mountain. In addition, the room was nice and modernly furnished and the in-house wellness area was inviting and cozy.

It was a dream. The place is very chic. We were there with our three teenagers, to go skiing. The apartment has everything you need. :) If necessary, the couch is too small for 5 people to lounge on. But hey, if you don't have anything else. The place has everything you need. Thank you, thank you for everything!

Communication with Jürgen was great! When entering the accommodation, we felt comfortable right away and the layout was great for our group consisting of two families. The location of the apartment and the views were just lovely. There are also plenty of parking spaces available. The apartment and Jürgen as a host are definitely recommended.

Good equipped small apartment. Comfortable location as you can reach all the most popular locations in Dolomites in 1 - 1,5h by car.

Dear Daniela, We stayed with you for 4 days and we loved it so much that we will definitely come back. The place was simply a dream,very well maintained, nicely decorated, super clean and decorated with a lot of love. The bed is super comfortable and the view of the mountains in the pool simply excellent. The coffee tasted excellent. We would keep staying with you, there was just nothing missing. Very tasty also your homemade honey and the delicious schnapps. Thank you for everything and that we were allowed to be there and spent four wonderful days. Hermann is a great host. The check was flexible and smooth, there was an instruction for whirl pool and sauna. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. There is everything your heart desires. Hermann is always available and responds quickly. It was a very great vacation!

I had a good time in the small apartment with Sybille and Timo. It was as seen in the photos. The apartment was clean and cozy! Would recommend!

This place is one of our top 3. A real oasis! The decor is modern and very clean; it has everything you need and nothing there that unnecessarily dusts. The highlight is of course the hot tub on the terrace with the great view of the mountains. Great for our two dogs that the terrace is completely fenced and unseen. We will definitely be back.

We felt very comfortable from one second. Everything was explained to us directly at check-in and we were given tips for activities. The apartment was perfect, the location was very good and the amenities were more than adequate. The outdoor white pool and sauna were also very soothing and the view of the mountains from the pool was stunning. Communication also went smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

You arrive at the accommodation thanks to the directions given and you are at home! Very well equipped, local products, everything to make you a meal. If you need anything, it's present in the accommodation, whether it's food, towels or robes, hobbies, tourist information, bandages , wood to heat you up. The sauna and jacuzzi are very pleasant after a day of hiking. The only downside is the room and its accessibility. A miller's ladder gives you access to a very low attic room. You have to bend to get into the bed. This is not suitable for the elderly with knee problems. I would recommend this place to friends.

Mario’s place was an excellent base for skiing and exploring in Innsbruck. Comfy bed and couch and great bathroom!

Very nice and well furnished chalet. Everything tiptop. We would have liked to have stayed longer:)
