The location is great and the house was really clean. We are very satisfied.

You chose it to spend the weekend, it was one of the best weekends I've had thanks to this house. The house is incredibly peaceful, every detail is incredibly beautiful. Extremely clean. It was incredibly enjoyable to sit on the balcony against the sea view. Ms. Burcu was also very sweet, she took care of us from start to finish. Luna, her cat, was just as sweet, adding color to our weekend. Everything was a great experience.

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

Very nice place to stay if you visit Istanbul, quiet neighbourhood, close to bus stop. And the landlady is very friendly and responsive, the apartment is very clean, would recommend 10/10!!!

Thank you Mr. Volkan, his communication was clear and polite. The house is well located, and it was good that it was on the first floor. It was a house that met the needs, the only problem was that the sink and shower area were small, so there was water left everywhere.

Our stay at Çinar and Bükra’s place was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just steps away from the bus, train, metro, and even boats, with the iconic Galata Tower right next door. Whether you're exploring the city or just soaking in the local charm, this is an ideal home base. Check-in was incredibly easy. We were warmly greeted shortly after arriving, and our hosts made the whole process smooth and welcoming. The apartment itself was cozy and immaculate—perfect for 2 to 3 people. It's surprisingly quiet for being in such a central location, and it had all the amenities we needed to feel completely at home. One of our favorite parts was the lighting from the balcony, which gave the space a warm and positive ambiance throughout our stay. Easy to get to and with transportation everywhere

Thank you so much for this wonderful apartment. We truly felt at home. Ksenia is very responsive and always available if we need anything. The place is perfect for both short and long stays in Istanbul. Outside the apartment, the building is also clean, and there’s a store open until 3 AM with very reasonable prices. The pool and gym were great, and not too crowded during our stay. The apartment’s decor is very well thought out. It’s also well insulated from outside noise and equipped with various types of heating and air conditioning.

Excellent location close to Taksim, Istiklal, & metro. Apartment was spacious and the elevator is very useful with luggage. Everything was provided for our 1 week stay.

The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. There was no safety and privacy issue. Although we kept it recently, Mr. Deniz was helpful. Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.

We had some medical procedures scheduled, so we were looking for a place that was both comfortable and spacious since we’d be spending a lot of time at home. Even though it was just the three of us, it felt like we had an entire palace to ourselves. The house had a beautiful rustic charm, the decor was stunning, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Even while Aaron was on a flight, he still made the effort to check in and see if we needed anything. Overall, it exceeded all of my expectations. We now know exactly where we’ll stay the next time we’re in Istanbul.

Each room was well-furnished and cozy, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location was ideal—close to public transportation, great cafes, and some of the main attractions, but still in a quiet neighborhood that let us wind down peacefully at night. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and making sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul—especially families or groups looking for comfort, space, and a great location. We’d love to stay here again on our next trip!
