Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in İstanbul

Short stay in February: great value for the money. The apartment is nicely renovated and furnished and it includes everything you need to cook. Comfort and nice view! It is extremely well located for visiting Istanbul; 2 min walk to bus stop and 10 min to Taksim. Pleasant welcome and easy communication. We'll be happy to go back. Thank you so much for everything!

The house is centrally located... The communication is healthy and fast... Overall the cleanliness is good... The bathroom, kitchen were clean and tidy and clean. I have criticism to be constructive for fine details. It would be nice to sweep the unseen places with more care. Don't let this criticism darken, as I said, I wrote to be constructive. It was a nice stay.

I hosted my family at Mr. Zak’s place and we stayed for about 10 days. Everything about the apartment was perfect. Had the smallest of amenities present. All spaces were extremely comfortable. Location was absolutely ideal; barely a minute’s walk to the metro station and Cevahir Mall. The hosts were very responsive and attended all our concerns in a timely and friendly manner. I would definitely stay again :)

I loved the neighborhood very local close to many attractions! pleasant stay. Remind its a wood house so you have some noises but nothing too bad. I loved there's Netflix and it's so pleasant to be chilling like at home!

I had an amazing Airbnb experience at Mr. Ali’s apartment in Istanbul. The location was absolutely prime—everything you need is just a stone’s throw away. On weekends, when you open the window at night, you’re treated to the most incredible music, creating a vibrant atmosphere. During the rest of the week, it’s perfectly peaceful with no noise disturbances. Mr. Ali is a fantastic host—kind, responsive, and always ready to help. Even if I had a question unrelated to the stay, like how to get to certain places, he would reply immediately! One of the highlights was on December 31st, when we returned to the apartment and found a bag hanging on our door. Inside was delicious Turkish baklava and a thoughtful card from Mr. Ali wishing us a Happy New Year. It was such a kind and memorable gesture. Everything about the stay was perfect, and I can confidently say this won’t be my last time staying here. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying here, the apartment was just as described; well decorated and clean & in a perfect location. It was a great base for exploring Istanbul and near a number of local amenities. Host was very accommodating, check-in was flexible and easy, and they kept in contact to ensure all was well and even gave some great recommendations for places to visit and eat. I would definitely recommend.

Great location, walkable to breakfasts, plenty of activities around, very close to subway, simply the best place. Very cozy inside, neat and comfortable. Fatih was very nice and check-in/check out process was smooth. 100% recommended!

Apartment located on one of the best streets in Kadikoy, very quiet, with everything you need nearby (cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, etc.). The shower is a little small, but you get used to it, and for longer stays, there's a washing machine :)

The apartment was very close to the center which is great! At first we didn't realize that we would be split into two apartments, but in retrospect it was great. In the lower apartment we had one bedroom, a kitchen and a living room, which served as our common area. Great layout)) The apartments were clean, tidy and comfortably furnished. When we arrived the beds were already made, which was of course great after the long flight! Also their offers for transfer, and info about restaurants etc, transportation cards and to have some wine options in the flat were so thoughtful, thank you! All in all a very nice apartment with a great location. It is both quiet in the apartment and close to endless activities in the center! For our next time, we would choose this place again!

We have been to Istanbul a few times but never spent time in Uskadar. This apartment and location is probably the best place we’ve stayed. The view was fabulous; metro, ferry, bus, and taxi were so convenient plus great restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed with the exception of spotty Wi-Fi Should we return, we would definitely like to stay here again.

Hands down one of the best airbnbs in Istanbul and in one of the most popular neighborhoods. Cinar is a wonderful host. Highly recommended!

This oasis on the outskirts of the city was the perfect escape into a secret forest, bungalow, where everything felt like home in a world that didn’t make much sense to us. The hosts make you feel more like family and the tiny shop at the bottom of the stairs greets you With a smile and the scent of tea and clay pottery..

We had a very enjoyable stay at Lou’s. It felt just like home but with a better view. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Beautifu homel just off a vibrant street in a charming district. Convenient to great restaurants, cafes and shops and public transport options to the key attractions. The house is cosy and welcoming with convenient immaculate bathrooms on each floor. The heated floors and large bath are just fabulous!

Georgia’s place was in a fantastic location to walk to all the local highlights in old town Istanbul and even over the bridges to the newer town. It was a safe and quiet neighborhood with grocery stores and restaurants close by. The house was large, and had just what we needed for our stay and was a welcome break from hotels. The hosts were quick to reply to any questions we had.

The most comfy beds, despite being so central -nice and quiet. Amazing water pressure. House nice and warm. Great bars, restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes. Omer was proactive and a great communicator about the local protests which we had no idea about. Appreciated the coffee left for us. Simple check in with keys. Downstairs toilet didn’t flush and Omer fixed it ASAP. Great value for money and would 100% stay again. Thank you Omer 💕

My friends and I so enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s place- it is a beautiful space and exactly as advertised! From the start, Aaron & his team were friendly and responsive, the unit was well stocked with coffee and necessities and there was plenty of space for us each to have our own bed and private area during our stay. The apartment and location were lovely and Aaron and his team have really gone above and beyond to ensure their guests have an enjoyable stay. I couldn’t recommend enough!

Our stay at Emirhan's place was great. He was a very friendly and knowledgeable host, communication went smoothly. The apartment is ideal for a family stay. There is a small elevator in the building for up to 4 people, but there are some steps to the elevator. We particularly liked the authentic ambiance, the morning prayer call and even the rooster in the distance made the stay unique. A day with construction noise was announced to us beforehand. Parking is available directly in front of the building (for a fee). Alternatively, there is valet service 200 m away or the parking lot of Dolmabahçe Palace directly opposite. I forgot my wooden shoe maker in the hallway, if it's found, it would be great if it could be put aside. Thank you, Emirhan, for the warm hospitality!We will be back
