I had a wonderful stay at Gizem’s very large apartment in one of Istanbul’s most exclusive neighborhoods. It’s a great location for people who want to experience a more residential vibe in Istanbul. Still, excellent restaurants and shops are only a 5 minute walk away. And a 5 minute walk in the other direction gets you to a seaside park perfect for endless walks or bike rides - with a view of Agia Sophia across the strait. Gizem was one of the most thoughtful and helpful hosts I have experienced. She went above and beyond to help me with various things to enhance my stay. Highly recommend!

The apartment was very close to the center which is great! At first we didn't realize that we would be split into two apartments, but in retrospect it was great. In the lower apartment we had one bedroom, a kitchen and a living room, which served as our common area. Great layout)) The apartments were clean, tidy and comfortably furnished. When we arrived the beds were already made, which was of course great after the long flight! Also their offers for transfer, and info about restaurants etc, transportation cards and to have some wine options in the flat were so thoughtful, thank you! All in all a very nice apartment with a great location. It is both quiet in the apartment and close to endless activities in the center! For our next time, we would choose this place again!

We had a great 2 days. The house was very clean, the ambiance in the house, the kitchen, the layout of the house was very enjoyable, peaceful, everything we might need was available in the house. If you are looking for a refuge that offers peace, inspiration, comfort, and access to the city--this is the place. Our family (2 parents, 2 grandparents, 2 children, and a baby) had no idea what a gem we had found until we walked into this space. The space is divided into three floors, which provides a great amount of division for a larger family like ours. The bottom space with kitchen, dining room, and a beautiful (let me say it again), beautiful sun room and garden served as community space that is unmatched in tranquility and options. Tao and his team were expertly organized (communicating every detail of check-in beforehand, arranging for baby bed and high chair, answering all questions that we had, and even providing a great map of surrounding restaurants, cafés, groceries, and shops). On the day of checkout, the Tao worked with our family to make sure that we were able to enjoy our final hours in the city without concern for luggage or being without a hub for the day.

If you’re looking for a well-located, stylish, and comfortable apartment in Istanbul’s city center, this is a great choice. It’s perfect for those who want to explore the city while enjoying modern conveniences. Thank you Fatih! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautifu homel just off a vibrant street in a charming district. Convenient to great restaurants, cafes and shops and public transport options to the key attractions. The house is cosy and welcoming with convenient immaculate bathrooms on each floor. The heated floors and large bath are just fabulous!

Georgia’s place was in a fantastic location to walk to all the local highlights in old town Istanbul and even over the bridges to the newer town. It was a safe and quiet neighborhood with grocery stores and restaurants close by. The house was large, and had just what we needed for our stay and was a welcome break from hotels. The hosts were quick to reply to any questions we had.

only word to say; perfect! if you don't have a problem with climbing stairs, there's no other problem

I loved the neighborhood very local close to many attractions! pleasant stay. Remind its a wood house so you have some noises but nothing too bad. I loved there's Netflix and it's so pleasant to be chilling like at home!

This was such a wonderful place to stay. A great break from the busy Istanbul city. It is up the hill from the town, but the minibus stops right outside the door! It was perfect. We had cold weather during our stay but Ayten was so helpful and kept us nice and warm. The board games were a great bonus. We’d love to come back!

Beautiful home, would highly recommend

The apartment itself was clean, modern and spacious for 4 of us. Check in was made easy by the staff and they were always on hand if we needed anything. The location was perfect as the apartment itself was on a quiet street but a 5/10 min walk away was the bustling areas of galata tower, Galataport, karakoy etc. We would definitely recommend this location and apartment to any first time Istanbul visitors!

It was a great stay in Moda, Kadıköy! The apartment was cozy and clean, exactly as shown in the photos. The location is central, which is convenient, but note that street noise can be noticeable inside the apartment. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend it for those who enjoy being in the heart of a lively neighborhood.

Great responsive host, perfect location - super close to the Galactica tower. Everything within a walkable distance. The place was super clean, had everything you needed, and the terrace was a nice bonus. Nice modern look and feel, and great there were two bathrooms. Would be nice if the host provided a carbon monoxide alarm, we asked if he would provide but he didn’t so we brought our own. Overall, a really pleasant stay and would come back again. Thanks so much, my friends and I had a fantastic stay!

This apartment was delivered spotless, with simple but elegant modern furnishings and appointments. Everything was in brand new condition and very high quality all of which showed how well the host took care of everything. The Host and Hostess were extremely attentive, caring, helpful, generous, gracious and professional during my entire stay. From the start at check-in, they attended in person and took the time to walk me through both the apartment and the most important areas of the building. At the end of my stay, again they personally met me in the lobby and not only thanked me for my stay but asked what they did do to improve and even though I have been a vacation rental host in Miami, Florida, U.S.A. for over 20 years, I honestly couldn’t think of anything! Thank you or everything Ksenia!! 🙏

Stayed a week at Firat’s place, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment felt like home and the balcony was one of the highlights. It’s quite even with the doors opened. There are plenty of amenities in the apartment, the gym and the pools. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment, definitely will stay again!

Our stay at Emirhan's place was great. He was a very friendly and knowledgeable host, communication went smoothly. The apartment is ideal for a family stay. There is a small elevator in the building for up to 4 people, but there are some steps to the elevator. We particularly liked the authentic ambiance, the morning prayer call and even the rooster in the distance made the stay unique. A day with construction noise was announced to us beforehand. Parking is available directly in front of the building (for a fee). Alternatively, there is valet service 200 m away or the parking lot of Dolmabahçe Palace directly opposite. I forgot my wooden shoe maker in the hallway, if it's found, it would be great if it could be put aside. Thank you, Emirhan, for the warm hospitality!We will be back

We immensely enjoyed our stay here. We stayed nearly a month at this AirBnB and really dug into Istanbul, which means we cooked quite a few meals at the apartment and spent a good amount of time getting to know it. The view from the bedrooms is just spectacular - and if you're here to write or work at all, the main bedroom has a lovely desk with a view out toward the Golden Horn. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the space ample enough for three of us. You should know that it's a step or two away from the more tourist area, a fact that we sought out and appreciated. It was quiet, contemplative, and gorgeous. Thank you Erhan!
