The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

Really nice and cozy apartment. Like being at home. There's a lot of attention paid to details in the decoration. you don't feel like you are in an anonymous hotel, but rather in a very comfy and cozy home. Mr Kaan was very kind and helpful in any way😀🙏🏻

There are many great restaurants near the place and we had a very good time.

We organised a family trip to visit the city of our father, and we were very pleased to stay at Mine and Hüseyin’s house. Our stay was perfect: the host was very reactive and friendly, the house is gorgeous with a very nice view and a sunny and quiet garden. The garage was also very convenient. It felt just like home. The neighborhood is really calm and beautiful. In less than 10 minutes we can reach streets with shops and restaurants, and also the boat to reach other places of the city. I would really recommend if you are looking for a lovely stay in Istanbul. I wish myself I could come back here very soon. Thank you again Mine and Hüseyin!

Everything was great—clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the main street and the Grand Bazaar. We felt really comfortable and would definitely stay here again. The host was super nice and let us check in early since we got to Istanbul ahead of schedule.

Location and Surroundings were great, very nice location for weekend getaways

Our stay was great, we really enjoyed the flat. It is very private and cozy. We were 4 adults and a 3 years old boy, we were very comfortable and had enough space for everyone. The flat is very warm in winter, kitchen has everything you might need, there are some supermarkets walking distance and the view on Bosporus is just amazing! Binnur was very hospitable, kind and helpful. Thank you very much! Highly recommend to everyone

It was a good place very clean and nice but the only downside is the checkout is very early it’s at 10 am

Wow, truly the best decision we ever made! I traveled with a group of eight, and this Airbnb was incredibly comfortable and clean. Honestly, on our first day, Duygu gave us a lovely tour of the beautiful house. It didn’t stop there; her husband gave us a tour of the lovely city the very next night! And, to top it off, they took us to the amazing “Local Grill Restaurant” for our first meal after a 10-hour flight! Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. Not only did I enjoy my stay, but I also appreciated the fact that I could reach out to the host at any time. To the point, she even checked on us after we left to make sure we were doing well!

Uninterrupted view of the Bosphorus, peace, and tranquility. Firewood was ready for the fireplace. The house was very practical, with a spacious kitchen and a comfortable, cozy seating arrangement in the living room. Normally, the host did not allow pets, but they kindly made an exception when I assured them that the pet was well-trained and quiet, for which I am very grateful. Communication was very easy, and they accommodated our small requests. Many thanks again for contributing to such an enjoyable holiday.

The house was lovely, and I truly felt at home. Yassin was incredibly friendly and provided great assistance in finding shopping areas. His response time was excellent, always replying within five minutes. Everything, from the house to the communication and location, was perfect. I would highly recommend it ;))

Found this new post after our airbnb was canceled at the last minute We had a lovely stay at this place We were there for a family reunion with a mixed age group and all of us found the place very comfortable. It is completely renovated inside with clean and minimalist appearance. The bathrooms were very clean and easy to use. Having caretakers present in the building 24/7 was very helpful. They assisted us in the process of checking in and finding what we needed at all times. The host came in to check on us frequently and gave us wonderful recommendations for nearby attractions, shopping and also helped us with pick up from airport when we landed very late at night due to our flight delay Since we landed late at night, the entrance to the house was slightly difficult to access but the posted pictures were accurate very close to Galata Tower, was a walkable distance. Uber available at all times to attractions Perfect place for large groups,extended families. Strongly recommend

I came for business purposes and needed a large place for 14 people. I booked the entire hotel. Rooms are small (yet, with everything from the mini-fridge to the hairdryer) and rooms were super clean. Can Serbay and his team are available and ready to support in all demands. THANK YOU! Note: I did not have nor breakfast nor dinner at the hotel. So, many restaurants are around.

We’ve had an absolutely great stay

Turgay and Ferhat were always responsive to our questions, very kind and helpful. The place is nice and quiet, the pool has been a great part of our stay. I’m a yacht captain with 6 other crew members. This place was exactly what we needed to do our jobs here in Istanbul. I would recommend this place 100%

Beautiful Home and an Excellent Host

Thank you for your interest in Mr. Ahmet. The house is very clean, easy to get to. We stayed with 6 friends, we were very satisfied. The home decor was quite stylish. We had a small problem with the pool, but thanks to Mr. Ahmet, he did his best to make it up to him, and he didn't turn down our requests. Thank you so much.

Great villa, best host I have ever met, highly recommend

5 Friends we stayed very comfortably, there are 3 single beds in 4 separate rooms, 2 double beds, the number of sheets, pillows and quilts were more than enough. It is very convenient and pleasant to stay in the winter, you don't even feel the presence of the residents of the neighboring house. We were very satisfied.

I felt like I was staying at home immediately. Amazing view and location far away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. House was well stocked for everyday living, cooking utensils, dinnerware, towels etc. The host Behçet Bey is quick to respond and inform of any updates and him and his daughter are happy to help point you out to the best restaurants or grocery stores in town.

Mr. Selcuk and Mr. Emre answered all our questions and took care of our every need

we were really satisfied, everything was spotless when we entered, the house was exactly as seen in the photos, the hosts were extremely kind, thank you very much for everything, this will definitely not be our last time💖

The garden and pool are great, the lighting was enough to have fun in the garden at night. Mr. Selçuk offered flexible amenities and had good communication. It was a great place to have fun with our friends after the wedding:)
