A charming Tuscan retreat

Villa Pianelli is a traditional farmhouse dating from the 1500's and consists of 2 structures. The main house where I live, always available to ensure your stay runs smoothly and the Garden apartment. Both are completely independant with separate entrances. The Garden apartment is composed of 5 rooms on ground level, the interiors have retained the Tuscan characteristics with brick ceilings and chestnut beams and terracotta floors. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 lounge with a wood burning stove and open plan kitchen - dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge,oven and ceramic hob. From the lounge you access the spa room with sauna and from there onto a terraced garden complete with b.b.q. The swimming pool is 8mx16m and is open May through September, furnished with sun loungers,a b.b.q area and a large covered pergola with dining tables and chairs. Villa Pianelli is secluded in a quiet corner of the Tuscan countryside, nestled in the hills of Arezzo, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oak forests.We can offer our guests a dimension of peace and quiet whilst ensuring various possibilities of entertainment in wineries, restaurants,shopping etc just a few kilometres away in Arezzo. Please note that the house has two bedrooms but if the booking is for two people only one bedroom will be provided.If required there is an additional cost of 50 euro per night for the second bedroom.

Beautiful House with view, green and peace

The flat is the mezzanine of an independent house, it's on a hill and it is only for the guests. There are two beautiful bedrooms (READ CAREFULLY THE PART BELOW ABOUT THE RESERVATION OF THE ROOMS) with double beds, windows with curtains, wardrobes and bedsides tables. My cottage is situated 4 km from the seaside in the hills of Piraino. I have diveded the house into 2 seprate mini apartments with private access to each location.both have double beds and sofa beds, kitchen and bathroom.The cottage is situated in a 5 000 square meters of land. there is a large garden where you can have BBQs and relax. Easy to get to shops and motorway. Excellent restaurants, wineries and boat trips to the islands. Many amazing medieval villages to visit

Getaway retreat in nature near seaside with stove

Modern guesthouse in the beautiful Sicilian countryside, overlooking a stunning valley, only 10 minutes by car to the nearest beach, not far from the historic town of Cefalu. The location is near the main house on a 5.5-hectare estate, overlooked by a mountain. Gets lots of sun even in the winter as its south-facing. The safety and wellbeing of our guests is very important to us and we take the utmost care to clean and sanitize the guesthouse very well in between stays.

The house is in a good location for country walks, wildlife, sun, and sightseeing. It's in a nature filled valley with easy routes to interesting places like Siena or smaller towns such as Montone. The house is desirable because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. This small place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Wi-fi access has recently been improved in the house.
