The entrance is in the mid-exterior of the car wash where the clients clean their cars. After you park, you have to walk with all of your luggage through the car wash's exterior (amidst client cleaning their cars) and go up many stairs. But when you enter the loft, you are extremely surprised by the beautiful, modern and clean space. Chandler was available every time I needed clarity on instructions. Bring your own food and beverages. There is a pool nearby which is available. Even though there are minimal eateries in the immediate community, there are places within short distance (mall, movies, restaurants) and there is always Virginia Beach.

I stayed a few days at Marvin’s SugarShack. Marvin was an amazing host and greeted me with a friendly smile and warm welcome. He was so accommodating with anything that was needed to help make my stay more comfortable. The SugarShack was clean, warm, and had everything I needed for my stay. The property itself was beautiful and peaceful. I would highly recommend staying here to others who are looking for a quiet getaway and an amazing host!

Such wonderful hosts! I am so thankful I stumbled upon this Airbnb for our family getaway. The scenery is beautiful, it’s private and safe, had EVERYTHING you can think of and was just all around perfect. We loved every second of our trip and we can’t wait to be back! 5 stars!!!

James and Gigi were great. From check in to check out, they communicated what was needed without being intrusive. The property was just as expected and was fantastic. I can’t begin to state how helpful they were when I had a minor issue. Immediately responsive, with great resolutions and great concern for my comfort and safety. A++++
