Monthly Rentals in Ixil Municipality

The house and amenities are good. The location requires a car to move around. It is a nice residential community. Not many businesses near by. Preferable to arrive during the day and not at night. It is very lonely. But we were able to move around well because the proximity to the beach and other tourists places. Overall it was a very good experience. Cristian and his crew were great.

Very spacious location. AirCon worked great. Hot water, WiFi and drinking water were all a plus! The pool is amazing!

Charito was very attentive to all of our wishes and concerns. The apartment was clean and stocked with almost all the necessities that you would need for your stay. There were a couple of times when we ran out of something but Charito was quick to get it  replaced. Overall I would say we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We had two wonderful days here. We felt at home very quickly. We were charmed by the building itself, a dining room with a terrace overlooking a beautiful garden. The kitchen was fully equipped and the fridge accommodated really big shopping. The owner responded to every message, answered the phone, and accommodated any additional requests. A place to recommend! Thank you!
