"Kaiwa no Sato" Our house is an indigo house built in the first year of culture (1804) during the ornate era of "indigo". The main house and bed (the barn that sleeps the indigo) have been demolished, but they have preserved the historic guest room and garden to be used as a farmhouse homestay. Once upon a time, "indigo" grew up in the fertile land of the lower Yoshino River in Tokushima Prefecture, bringing a lot of wealth to Tokushima Prefecture (Awa clan). Just 5 minutes by walk from subway Imadegawa station. You can stay like you live in Kyoto. We have wooden bath with small garden view. There are wooden deck besides living space, you will have relaxing time at the wooden deck with Japanese traditional style garden "Karesansui "garden view. This house is barrier free.
