This place was absolutely fantastic. The attention to detail that the host puts into your experience, from waters and snacks to extra towels and blankets, to everything else. The space is absolutely beautiful, and the host is so kind! I cannot recommend it enough.

Cozy, perfect size for one or several people. Spotless, clean, looks like it was completely renovated yesterday. Comfortable beds and furniture, memory foam mattresses. Big comfortable couch. Fully furnished. The aesthetic was simple, not busy, nice color palllete with a blend of earth tones. Did a great job at blending vintage/antiques with contemporary appliances and comfort/convenience. Close enough to area attractions but farmland setting. Would recommend for sure!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was super cozy and full of charm – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was absolutely amazing – so accommodating and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the pasture with goats and cows – such a peaceful setting. Our daughter loved being able to run around outside and explore. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back! Bonus you don’t have to take out the trash but we did it was full

Our party of four stayed here as a base for our Old Rag hike (trailhead is a 30 minute drive on quiet country roads). We appreciated the big kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and game room. House is clean and has a lot of character. Culpeper has a nice little downtown and we liked getting dinner at Grill 309 after our hike. Would stay again.
