Apartment holiday rentals in Jonan Ward

Having this place as home for several days in Japan was totally worth it. The place was spacious. Almost, if not all, you need is already in this place. The hosts make sure that all of the necessities are available before your stay. Definitely could consider this place our home away from home during our travel in Japan. To add, the hosts are very accommodating considering our last minute changes to our booking dates.

3명이서 묵었는데 넓고 쾌적하게 이용했습니다. 주변에 이온도 편의점도 있고 주차이용도 되어서 좋았습니다

Yuri was a lovely host who went above and beyond her duties :’) not only did she gift us some Fukuoka specialities (flavoured chips that were so yummy we purchased another bag of our own), she even offered us a ride to the subway on our day of checkout! We also rented the car for a day with her and it was so worth it because the prices were so much cheaper. In all I would highly recommend a stay here!

房東很親切，位置離藤崎站5分鍾，一切都好~就是隔音不太好，但好像日本公寓都是這樣，純粹看住戶之公德心.

年寄りの親2人、私たち夫婦、中学2年、小学6年の子供2人、6人の滞在でした。 孫たちと一緒に過ごせたことで親はホテルより良かったとのこと、近くにコンビニがあって便利でした。 駅からも遠くはなかったんですが、父があまり歩けないので、観光に出かける時はタクシーで移動しました。それだけちょっと不便でした。 夫が着いてからはレンタカーで移動したので大丈夫でした。 テレビがあったらなおよかったかな？子供たちがちょっと寂しがってました。

Très réactive, le logement est propre et très silencieux ! Le lit très confortable et les draps très doux ! Très bien placé à côté d’un izakaya. C’était génial !

위치도 좋고 주변에 먹을곳이 많아서 편했습니다.

Le logement de Shuntaro est idéalement placé entre la gare de Zasshonokuma et de Minami-Fukuoka, il permet d'accéder à toute la ville sans être en plein centre. Le logement est très propre, et Shuntaro est un hôte très réactif.

하카타역에서 짐 끌고 도보로 10분정도면 숙소에 도착합니다. 공동현관부터 보안이 좋아요 숙소는 섬세함에 감동받았습니다 친구들이랑 다음에 오게되면 또 여기 예약하자고 난리였어요. 엄청 깨끗하고 물품들도 거의 다 구비가 되어있어서 너무 좋았어요! 숙소 주변에 24시간 마트랑 편의점도 가까워서 도보로 다 이용할 수 있었어요 응대도 매우 빨라 바로 바로 소통할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 좋은 숙소에서 잘 쉬다갑니다 다음에도 이용할께요!!

숙소가 사진처럼 깨끗하고 지하철역 근처에 있어 이동하기 편리했습니다. 다음에 기회가 된다면 또 이용하고싶어요!

房主非常客氣有禮. 有機會再到福岡會再選擇一成先生的房子.非常有家的感覺. 所有東西都備齊.很便利👍🏻

JR南福岡駅からすぐ（ホームが見えている）、西鉄雑餉隈駅、桜並木駅へも徒歩10分で、駅前にスーパーや飲食店も多数あり、いわゆる都会の住宅街で、とても便利な所でした。博多や天神の喧騒から逃れてゆっくりできました。 マンションなのでセキュリティもしっかりしていましたが、近隣の声や音は多少なりとも聞こえました（許容範囲）。生活に必要な最低限のものは揃えてありました。 あえて言うなら、トイレが温水便座でなかったので冬なのでとても冷たかった事が困ったことでした（笑） ホストからの返信も素早く安心できました。便利でキレイなお部屋、また利用したいです。 ありがとうございました。

1泊8人で利用しました。広くて清潔で大変満足しました。今ではあまり馴染みのないレコードも体験できました。ぜひまた利用したいと思います！

this was secondhand time we stayed overnight here. The hostess is very friendly and speaks good english. clean room and calm area close to station.

깔끔하고 좋았습니다! 역에서 조금 걸어야하지만 성인들은 문제없는 거리입니다~ 숙소 바로 근처에 편의점도 있고 보안도 잘돼서 아이랑 잘 머물다 갑니다

It was really great!!! Its not far from Hakata station if you like to walk a lot like me, but if not its also only a few stations with the subway or you can take a bike. Wifi, kitchen, bathroom etc everything worked perfectly and was very convenient. Will book this again when I visit Fukuoka again!

일본에서 사는 듯한 느낌이 들 정도로 집같이 편안했습니다! 주변도 이쁘고 평화롭고 숙소도 깔끔했습니다! 다시 방문할 의향 있습니다☺️
