I stayed with 3 people, and it was spacious and pleasant to use. It was nice that there was an ion and a convenience store nearby and parking was available.

The accommodation was really tidy and had everything we needed. However, it was a little disappointing that I only gave towels for 3 nights and large towels per person and heavy towel (very small and thin), so I took out one star from my satisfaction for the price. Still, the contents of the towel were announced, so I decided to use the washing machine and washed it from time to time. It's nice to have a drying function in the washing machine! The location was also within a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station, so it was really nice to get around. When I checked in, I made a video call with the host, and it was new and fun haha Overall, it was satisfactory. I want to visit again next time!

In Fukuoka for three days, I stayed in Yuri's house. It was very clean. The host also warmly provided us with a good place to eat. We also sent small gifts. This time, the cherry blossom season came to Fukuoka, this city left me a good impression, and the opportunity to come back again.

Surprising place because there are no reviews! I always only do it in Agoda, but I wanted to stay in Ropponmatsu, so I booked it on Airbnb for the first time, and it was really nice. Apart from the fact that it was👍 unmanned, I couldn't leave a carrier that I could do in other hotels, so the location and facilities were really good for us! If you're thinking about burial on the Ropponmatsu side, I think I'll use this place again!

Pros There are many convenient facilities such as convenience stores, 100 yen shops, and express right nearby in the station area. There is a park nearby, so it's good for running, good value for money. It's just a hotel.

Location is easy to find, place is clean and instructions to check in and out were clear.

I had a good stay for 4 days. It's neat. The downside is that it's a little far from Hakata.

Since city subway is well developed, so from Coco walking within 6 minutes to subway station, we could get to a lot of places of the city of Fukuoka easily especially city subway has the ticket system by using my overseas credit card to ride the subway unlimited trips daily for just 640 Yen. Hope the city subway will still have that unlimited daily trips offer when I come back in the near future.

It was such a cute and quiet place to stay! I usually came here because I wanted to travel like a home like this instead of a hotel, but it was so nice because it was similar to the accommodation I thought of! It was nice that it wasn't too far from the city center, and most importantly, I loved the quiet and secluded atmosphere! There are many shopping malls, Don Quijote, restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery stores nearby that you can walk to, so I think it was okay to play! If I have to come back next time, I want to come here again.🤭

I used it both on weekdays and weekends, but it's great value for the price. Especially if you travel alone, the accommodation costs are burdensome, but it seems like this place is hard. I had a good rest.

the host and the staff are great. we had a miscommunication on the last day but they are very apologetic. the place is near train station and easy to go around the city proper.

We used it for 8 people per night.It was spacious, clean, and very satisfied.I've also experienced vinyls that I'm not very familiar with now.I would love to use it again!

The Yamashita Hotel was a great location in Kurosaki that was perfect to explore the city. It was very clean and everything was easy to access. There were lots of amenities like blankets and pillows. The TV was nice for when there was cold weather and having to be inside was necessary.

The property is conveniently located with a 24-hour supermarket in the surrounding area for daily necessities. Thanks to the host for a comfortable living environment.

It was wider than I thought, really clean and tidy!!! It was enough for 6 adults to stay, and it was spacious!! Above all, the cleanliness was the best!! The bedding was fluffy, so I slept well! I recommend it!!

This is an accommodation that the whole family was satisfied with:) You can walk to Hakata Station, so it was easy to travel, and it was nice to have convenience stores and grocery stores nearby. And in the new building, excellent cleanliness, and most importantly, the surroundings weren't noisy, so I didn't feel uncomfortable sleeping at all. If I visit Fukuoka again next time, I will use it!

Well furnished studio in an excellent location, near a great shopping area, with a supermarket and excellent restaurants. The metro station is nearby and the free bikes are a great way to discover the city and its surroundings. Masaru-San is a great host making sure that you feel safe and confortable. The express way nearby can be a bit noisy sometimes (emergency vehicles or super loud engine), but most of the time it's sounds more like a pleasant background white noise. Great and reliable internet connection and fairly quiet building during the day for those who has to work. I would definitely come back when I get the chance. Thanks again Masaru 👍🏻

I felt so comfortable that I felt like I was living in Japan! The surroundings were pretty, peaceful, and the accommodation was neat! I'm willing to come back☺️
