This place is excellent! With a peaceful view, quiet, we sleep very good. You feel at home, having all you need for a good coffee in the morning, they even provide a litre of milk! Unbelievable, Olive oil and other condiments! Shampoo, conditioner, soap, detergent... everything! and all of good quality... kitchen paper towel! Huge Bedroom, super comfty and homey. I really recommend it. It is less than 5 minutes from MONA, just MONA is closed Tuesday and Wednesday, but so close to the property. Ampol petrol station full of hot snacks, even a roast chicken, a walking distance. we arrive around 9:30pm and that petrol station save us and we have roast chicken for dinner! And the little bunnies and fruit trees. We were grateful we found this awesome place, with this helpful people. Dave& R the owners even help us inflate our punched tyre of our electric scooter. The most adorable little cottage with an enormous back-yard. The property is in easy walking distance of the supermarket, take-away and lovely walks. It is exactly as described and we had a lovely comfortable stay. The property is well equipped with everything you need. Ruth is a wonderful host and we definitely recommend staying at her property.

We were warmly welcomed by Joe. The accommodation is very good and we were very comfortable. Joe is a great host, very friendly and very helpful. He was there when we arrived and also when we left. He is an excellent host.

We loved Christine's place, it was everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The space was bright, warm and clean and the kitchen, (minus a stove) was still adequate to meet our needs. We found the bed and pillows comfortable and made good use of the huge bathroom and spa. The views over the Derwent River were beautiful and the resident sheep were gorgeous.
