Monthly Rentals in Karavomylos

We'll come back to Eva's any time! We were her guests for a total of 9 days, because here we not only had a place to stay, but were also lovingly cared for by her. From the filled fridge for the first few days or occasionally a piece of homemade cake to her helpful tips on excursion destinations and beaches. In the kitchen there was everything we needed and even some extra things like coffee, olive oil, spices, etc. The property offers a good starting point to explore the island, although on Kefalonia a vehicle is generally recommended. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby or in nearby Sami. The apartment is spotlessly clean and as described. Eva really thought of everything when furnishing. The view from the balcony is magnificent. A breakfast with a view over the sea, to Sami and Ithaca, so the day begins perfectly. We enjoyed it. Thank you Eva

This place was absolutely wonderful. The view from all balcony’s is amazing. It’s worth it just for that. The kitchen has all the accoutrements you need for meals if you choose to eat in. There is a great washer and sturdy clothesline dryer. The layout has all living space on one level (but on second level of home) and there are stairs to a loft area with twin beds. There are outside stairs to get to second level. The location is perfect distance from Sami for quiet. There is a road behind condo but it does not disturb sleep as bedrooms are on opposite side. There is a huge driveway that is gates so plenty of parking. Beach towels were provided. You can swim right out into sea from backyard. It was wonderful. There is lots and lots of storage / drawers. Olga and her mother Nikoletta were available and responsive to our needs. They took very good care of us. The overall vibe is the wood cabinets, doors, door handles, and style is vintage but with modern amenities. Just lovely!!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely Airbnb in Karavomylos, Sami. The host was warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable, with a truly amazing balcony – bright and surrounded by glass, offering beautiful panoramic views. It was a joy to relax there at any time of day. The location is peaceful yet very close to the center of Sami and the parking made everything easy. Inside, the space is full of natural light and well-equipped for a relaxing holiday. We would definitely love to return. Highly recommended!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in the Chloe villa and it didn’t disappoint! It’s such a beautiful location with an amazing sea view to watch the sunrise. The pool is directly below and the sea over the road which is perfect for early morning swims. Especially due to the changing temperatures in the water where salt meets fresh and there are warm spots and cold spots. It’s a short pebble beach so water shoes (or flippers in my daughter’s case) make getting in and out of the water much easier. Steve was a brilliant host! Nothing was too much trouble. Really responsive and because we had a late flight extended our checkout time until 6pm which meant we could enjoy a full last day. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including some starter items for your arrival, such as biscuits, jam, milk, butter… and wine! There is a coffee machine, toasty maker & everything else you may need (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) A 20 min coast walk straight to Sami!
