Detached Villa with Pool 200 meters to Calis Beach

200 meters walking distance to the sea of Calis. Thanks to the surrounding open space, it allows you to stay quietly and peacefully. There is a large garden area with an adult and children's pool. Our villa has parking with a capacity of 4 cars in itself. Fethiye center 9 km You can also go to the center of Fethiye with dolmus, the stop is within walking distance. NOTE: the villa is not in the compound, the pool and park area are within the grounds. There is a lawned garden area at the front and back, lounge chairs by the pool

Our detached apartment has a new entrance. It has 2 bedrooms , a kitchen and a lounge and has two balconies. There is also a BBQ area in the garden.1. Double bed in bedroom , 2. There are 2 single beds in the bedroom (optional can be combined) There is 1 armchair that can be a bed in the living room. For the pool, there is a common use and natural salt chlorine system, which is an important feature for health, and daily regular maintenance is carried out.
