Communication was very smooth from the booking stage.They responded flexibly and politely to this request, and I was able to communicate with them throughout with a very positive feeling. The room was also very clean and tidy, and I had a comfortable stay.

Yuko's place exceeded our expectations! Here's why: 1. The futons, sheets, and pillows were so comfortable! Honestly they were better than the ones at Fantasy Springs Hotel at DisneySea. 2. The place is spacious, big enough for a large family. 3. Everything was clearly labeled in both Japanese and English. 4. The lovely host! Yuko sent me a message about the cherry blossoms before we arrived. She even came out to greet us when we arrived. We were given a simple Google form to fill out to choose our futon/bed configuration prior to our stay. 5. We loved the welcome snacks and bottled water in the fridge. It was nice to sit down and unwind after a long day walking around Kawagoe. 6. Our kids had a great time with the board games. 7. We were pleasantly surprised to find dimmable switches and remote controls for the lights - loved the nice little details! 8. The bathroom was spotless, modern and clean, with all the amenities you need. Overall, 10/10. Highly recommended!

We loved staying here. It’s a 2 min walk from Kita-in and Narita San, and 15 from Koedo old town and both train stations. There’s parking which was amazing for family stopping by. The front rooms get lots of sun and was warm in the winter. We LOVED the kotatsu! While it says it accommodates many guests, there was a lack of plates as well as kitchen items to accommodate like soup bowls. We were a family of 4 who ate in and cooked all meals so if you’re out mostly it shouldn’t be an issue. Beds are roll out single person size and good if you like hard beds.
