Monthly Rentals in Kematen in Tirol

Just returned from the most wonderful stay at Lin & her son Noco’s beautiful apartment. The village of Gotzens is lovely & we were lucky enough to enjoy lots of snow which made it even more magical! The apartment is perfectly located and has everything you need to enjoy your stay and the hosts are very attentive to your needs. We will definitely be returning next Christmas. We felt very comfortable in the apartment from the first minute. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The living room with its floor-to-ceiling windows is very cozy and bright. The communication with the landlords was straightforward, they always responded quickly and were very helpful and accommodating. We will be back ;-)

The stay with Verena and Gregor was completely beautiful. We felt welcome and very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment is very nice, very comfortably furnished with a wonderful view of the mountains. Our five-year-old daughter has discovered many great toys right away and she never got bored. The location is perfect for excursions in the area, both to Innsbruck and the mountains, for hiking or skiing. We had a great time and thank you very much. We would fully recommend the apartment and would love to come back.

The pictures and the many positive reviews made us arrive with high expectations - and we loved it too! We felt very comfortable in the apartment, especially the balcony by the creek with many chirping birds in the opposite piece of forest was a favorite place in springtime weather. The location of the apartment is ideal, everything is within walking distance and the connection with the buses is very good at most times of the day. On 3 days we drove by bus directly to the ski resorts (Kühtai/Hochötz and Axamer Lizum). So easily suitable for a car-free vacation! Birgit was always very quick to reach, but hardly any questions remained open thanks to her perfect advance information. We'll be back!
