Monthly Rentals in Kerrville

A lovely home, well appointed, with comfortable furniture and lots of thoughtful touches to enhance our stay. Carrie was friendly and easy to connect with location is great close to town and major highways, but private and quiet we would definitely go back.

Fantastic place, highly recommend! If you are looking for something close to both Fredericksburg and Kerrville but far enough out to enjoy the beauty of Hill Country, this is it! Butch was great to work with, the place was very clean, beds were comfy, and there were even snacks :)

You can tell that Stephen & Cathy put a lot of hard work & love into this place. They have thought of everything! As fellow bird lovers, we were thrilled by the hummingbirds and used our Merlin app to identify a couple of species we hadn't heard before. We also saw deer twice while staying here, including in the backyard! Peaceful, lovely stay! Thank you!

Jennifer and Marty were great hosts. The two airbnbs they own are downstairs in their home but you have a private entrance separate from the main part of the house.They were very accommodating and had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. They had some plumbing issues but were able to accommodate us with the other room they had available. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house was in a nice neighborhood and close to town. We will definitely stay again if ever back in Kerrville!
