We enjoyed our stay much... good location near the sandy beach & also great walks. The house is nice and spacious with large south facing rear garden.. safe for kids! The host is very helpful.... many thanks :-)

we were at a wedding in the nearby hotel for a 2 day event. I had booked hotel originally but then decided to look around for a better deal. I'm so happy my sister reccommended booking Eva,s house . Not only was the price great and I mean half the price of the hotel. The house was immaculate stylish comfortable, with all the amenities needed. My grandchildren loved it too they had their own rooms. Warm and the views . wow. Our hosts were amazing. Nothing was a bother. We would definitely reccommed staying here. Our stay at Kitts Lodge was memorable. The location (and weather) was perfect, peaceful with plenty to do, locally as well as explore the surrounding area, near and further afield. Tara Hill is on the doorstep for that invigorating morning walk, then maybe the short walk to the pub for post walk refreshments,.Gorey is short drive for main essentials and a vibrant main street for shopping, with many restaurants and pubs for eating out. Likewise, Ballymoney and Courtown are close by also for bracing seaside walks and coastal views. Highly recommend this place.

Highly recommend staying at Declan's if you get the chance! The property is a lovely clean spacious house close to a beautiful beach and a short drive to all the amenities you could want, as well as lots of places to visit and things to do in the south east of Ireland. The fireplace in the living area is a real focal point of the property, and makes the space so cosy. We particularly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen: we had all the pots and pans needed to cook as if we were at home. Declan himself is a fantastic host - super responsive, friendly and helpful. Everything was so easy and it was a joy to stay there. Thank you, Declan!
