Monthly Rentals in Kings Point

Eve’s place was perfect for our needs. I had surgery at the north shore hospital and it was so nice to be so close for all the appointments and running back-and-forth. It was a comfy space with all the amenities we needed. It did take a long time for the heater to heat the space, and since we arrived in the evening on the coldest night, we did spend that first night rather chilly, but it heated up and was warm for the rest of the stay. Eve was very responsive and extremely helpful, Going out of her way to assist us. Thank you, Eve! We appreciate everything!

Noelle is awesome. I needed a toaster oven. I got a toaster oven. Anything you need, she goes 100% to help you. Very easy to talk to. Always answers texts right away. Always helpful Would absolutely come again. Thank you for everything

Room was clean, exactly as described, and the location was super convenient!
