Monthly Rentals in Kini Beach

A wonderful and well-equipped villa literally across the road from the beach. 1 mins walk to restaurants ( a choice of maybe 6 or 7 for different tastes) and quiet bars. 2 mins walk to the bus-stop with regular services to Hermoupoli. The villa is very nice with air conditioning. A rooftop veranda and hot tub are available too and pleasant. Everything works very well. Jacobina and George were very kind and efficient, supplying everything we needed for our family and a 16 month year-old baby. They left us some goodies to get started and were really kind to us in every way. Thank you for letting us stay!

One of the best spots i’ve stayed in! if you’re looking for something quiet and peaceful away from the busier islands - syros is perfect. kini is even better as it is away from the busier main city but close enough to go to if need be. the apartment was beautiful and the view was incredible - Ector went above and beyond as a host and i’ll most likely be back 🙏🏼

I have been to many airbnbs and hotels so far but this is truly exceptional! The hospitality, the effort that has been put into making this place a home, the incredible surrounding - all of this made my stay perfect in every sense. Jakob has been super easy and comfortable to communicate with, I even got eggs, tomatos and home cooked meals :) And still I had a feeling of privacy and no need to interact if you don‘t feel like it. I loved everything about it - and will definitely be back!

Helen and Daniel were fantastic hosts; super helpful with any questions we had and even booked us a taxi from the port to the accommodation. The apartment was lovely with fantastic views looking over the harbour. Would 100% recommend.
