Mit viel Liebe, haben wir 2021 eine alte Kegelbahn, zu einer hellen 85qm großen Wohnung umgestaltet. Mit 2 Schlafzimmer und einem geräumigen Wohn- und Kochbereich, genießen Sie die Ruhe in unserem kleinen Bauerndorf in der Nähe von Echternach. Seit Sommer 2023 ist auch unser Aussenbereich fertiggestellt. Wir liegen in der Region Müllerthal und binnen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die Wanderwege und Hotspots der kleinen luxemburger Schweiz, sowie in 25 Minuten die Hauptstadt Luxemburg.

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden floor of our house, which is accessible by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to the city center. In the district there is a cafe, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and many shops (10 min walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or directly in front of the house or in the main street, 100m from the house.

Near the city center in January 2021 renovated two-room apartment, about 250 meters from the PortaNigra. The apartment is accessible on the first middle floor and accessible via a stair only. The small hallway leads into the living room with small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, double induction hob). Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, spices, oil, vinegar available. Bedroom: 160 x 200. Double bed, dresser and clothes rail. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Wifi. Parking.

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 sqm) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the souterrain (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. There is a small kitchenette in the entrance area. From here you can get straight into the bathroom with shower/toilet. On the left - separate from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to the nature.

Quiet apartment in idyllic vineyards/balcony

The cozy, quiet apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a new, great bathroom and a spacious living room and bedroom with an attached south-facing balcony. Our house is located in the wine-growing area of Mosel-Saar-Ruwer. From here you can discover Trier, the oldest city in Germany, the romantic Saarburg, as well as Luxembourg. Parking is available as well as garage space for bicycles and motorcycles.

Enjoy a great stay in the oldest city in Germany. The apartment is centrally located in the beautiful Feyen Trier-Süd district. In about 15 minutes you can get to the city by city bus. A recreational area is a 5-minute walk away, where you can run a round or end the hectic day. Supermarkets are within walking distance. The fully equipped apartment is located in the central city center of Trier. It is a three-minute walk from the Porta Nigra and thus in the central pedestrian zone of Germany's oldest city. The apartment was completely renovated in summer 2019. Shopping facilities of all kinds, bars, restaurants, museums and the train station are within walking distance. Beautiful, large old apartment in the East Quarter

The atmosphere in the eastern district of Trier is familiar and scenic alternatives. The pedestrian zone with all sights, museums and shopping opportunities, train station, but also nature, vineyards and beautiful hiking opportunities, everything is almost at your doorstep in 10 minutes. Nearby buy, bakery, wine shop, a late-night gasoline and a burger and pizza take-away....around the corner! As well as the train station and a bus stop.
