The house is located in the middle of the air spa town of Bollendorf -10min. walk to the outdoor swimming pool, 5 min. walk to the Luxembourg border. Cozy, quiet 2 ZKB, free parking

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden floor of our house, which is accessible by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to the city center. In the district there is a cafe, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and many shops (10 min walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or directly in front of the house or in the main street, 100m from the house.

The cozy, quiet apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a new, great bathroom and a spacious living room and bedroom with an attached south-facing balcony. Our house is located in the wine-growing area of Mosel-Saar-Ruwer. From here you can discover Trier, the oldest city in Germany, the romantic Saarburg, as well as Luxembourg. Parking is available as well as garage space for bicycles and motorcycles.

Organic house meadow, quiet idyll near city, parking

The organic holiday house "Lichtberg 2" is the smaller of the two neighboring houses (both together for min. 6 people can be booked, see also "Biohaus ländl."). It is enchantingly located alone in the garden and on the field - and yet very close to the city (10 min. to the university, city, main station and highway). It was optimally renovated in 2016 with high-quality materials. A beautiful home for 2, 3 guests who like to hike, meditate or just enjoy the healthy side.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You will love the loft because of the outdoor space, the garden, the fireplace inside for coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. On the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, down a sofa bed. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and Eifel fans. Old meets New is the motto: Old beams sometimes crack, the rain pours on the roof= pros and cons?
