Monthly Rentals in Kučiće

Our family had the most wonderful week at Villa Lipa. Duje and his parents made us feel very welcome in their lovely house with the most magnificent view over the mountains. They always answered our questions fast and helped us regardless of what we needed assistants with. The house was lovely with the jacuzzi, and we appreciated that you had several different cozy places outside to hang in for dinner, drinks, breakfast, card games and barbeques. There was always a perfect spot. The garden was well kept, and we could even pick grapes and taste fresh tomatoes and herbs from the garden. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. We could park the car just outside the house, you will need a car if you stay here but the beaches are still close and other attractions as well. Here we relaxed and had a wonderful stay and would recommend a stay at Villa Lipa any day.

We had a thoroughly fabulous week at the stunning Villa Zara and would highly recommend it. Tina and Theo were extremely thoughtful and generous hosts and the villa was gleaming on arrival. Our teenagers loved the extra facilities such as the hot tub, pool table and gym equipment. Beautiful location only 15 minutes drive from Omis but away from the noise of the town. We’d love to return to Croatia sometime and would definitely book Villa Zara again.

Very accommodating friendly eager hosts, clean great place to stay. Everything is in great shape. Cable car and ping pong table great also for larger children. The hosts even put drinks, ice cream etc cold for us to welcome us. Gladly come back.

Milena and Mirko met us at the property, showed us around and even offered to make us dinner for us on the first evening. 😊 The place is beautiful, very well maintained and we didn't miss anything. It was everything we needed on site - firewood, snacks, towels and bathrobes. Milena and Mirko took care of all our requests. The service was incredibly good and loving. 🥰 We were there in March, but were lucky with the weather and maximum temperatures up to about 20°C. The jacuzzi heats to 40°C without any problems and the pool has reached about 22°C and was pleasantly used on sunny days. ☺️ More info: - Small supermarket within walking distance - Pizzeria within walking distance to pick up - Coast about 23 min by car (city Omis) - large supermarket also in Omis - large tourist town of Split about 40 min I highly recommend Villa Milena and we will be happy to come back! 🥰
