Very well situated to major parts of Plovdiv and public transport.

I had a wonderful stay at Emil’s place! The location is unbeatable—super close to the hospital and medical university, which was perfect for my travel needs and saved me a lot of time and hassle with transportation. Communication with Emil was smooth and efficient; he was always quick to respond, resolved any issues or questions promptly, and was very accommodating. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I highly recommend staying here for a convenient and enjoyable experience!

The place was beautifully maintained and spotless. The furniture was new, and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed—cooking utensils, glasses, pans, as well as entertainment options like board games, a TV, and books. The hosts thought of every detail, providing even mosquito sprays, and the atmosphere was really cosy. The pool was lovely and exclusively for our use, but it wasn't as private as we had hoped due to neighboring houses in the same yard. Overall, it was an amazing stay!

Stayed for a month, didn't have any issues. Apartment is equipped with all needed things for a long stay (cooking, cleaning, washing equipment, though some items could use an upgrade). Internet is fast enough for all needs, like working, gaming or streaming. Apartment temperature stayed pleasant all month, when outside temperature varied between 0 to 30. Neighborhood seems to be very safe, calm, family oriented, with some parks / children playgrounds around. There are at least 3 big supermarkets close by, 1 mall, other smaller shops in a walking distance. City center is around one hour away on foot, but has multiple bus stops around (some busses do not have a way to buy digital tickets, so better to have some cash).
